Very bad attention in the early mornings, the staff that attends is very hateful, both the older man and the other man. They treat clients badly, it's obvious that they don't like the work, the times I've come they're in a bad mood but I'm tired of it.

From what I’m seeing other customers are sharing similar sentiments. I had an appointment coming all the way from Baltimore and decided to give this location a try. The girl in the front was very rude and she didn’t care that she was rude. She said it in her own words that she didn’t care about the service I was getting. She packed all my separate orders in one little bag and when I asked for another bag to separate the meals. She acted like she didn’t care and placed the bag down on the counter. When I asked if she put all the meals in the same bag and asked for a separate bag, she said OMG! I was so confused as what the hell? Who was she talking to like that? Another customer left as well because of the rudeness. Still waiting to hear from corporate. Totally lost my appetite even though I hadn’t eaten from morning. One thing is for sure I will not with you if your attitude makes up the meal. So rude and distasteful. I requested a refund because I demand better service. I ended up driving to Chick-fil-A. They are always professional and have manners.I literally parked my car to go and dine in at Wendy’s and had to leave upset because of the rudeness of the staff. Not good at all.

It was typical Wendy.The fries are no good, but they did give me a fresh order, after I asked again.The Frosties were not ready yet?. However the chili was good, and tasted fresh. Fyi the Wendy's chili that is sold in cans @ supermarkets, does not taste remotely like what is sold in restaurant.

This rude woman with the short twists/locs told me to GIVE HER BACK A SAUCE when I simply asked for an additional sauce instead of just telling me that it was an additional charge. How rude. What kind of people are y'all hiring? I know that is against code, as well. To accept a sauce back through the drive thru window after it was in my possession. But to not even be given the option to purchase an additional sauce? Ridiculous. I offered to pay because that wasn't an issue. Consider re-training your staff on how to appropriately deal with the public. Because why did I have to say" no, I won't be giving you a sauce back. But I will purchase a sauce if it is an additional charge." I'm flabbergasted.

I'm writing a review because I don't know how to ask for my money back for this awful restaurant. I had a bad experience here a year ago but I considered it a bad night. This time, I've had enough with this Wendy's location. I was greeted at the Drive-thru window with a "hello?" not "hi, welcome to wendy's how can I help you". I should have taken that as a sign and left but I proceeded to place my order with the not rude but far from nice associated. Unfortunately this was the best part ot the experience. The food was EXTREMELY stale and old and my sandwich was made incorrectly. I literally had to throw ALL of the food away (including the fries). By the way, who puts ketchup on a spicy chicken sandwich?? I was only able to consume the minute maid fruit punch. I stopped there for a late dinner because it was getting late and I hadn't eaten all day. I can't describe the disappointment I experience when I got home and realized that I had to go to bed hungry with $15 less in my wallet.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you don't want to work and treat people with disrespect then Go HOME.... I went in drive thru on Thursday 1/18/24 and I asked a question to the young lady and when I could not understand her, I repeated what I thought her answer was her response was very disrespectful and rude. That made me not want anything and to take my business and money somewhere else. They will Never get my business again.

Only speaking on the fountain drinks served for the drive thru customers. They all taste like a combination of Dr. Pepper and a Lemon-lime soda like Sprite regardless of what you order.Management team, PLEASE properly clean the machine at the drive thru.One thing that literally leaves a bad taste in a customer’s mouth is a drink that does not taste how it should. Which leads to this not so positive review.
