I still love Burger King, but this location hires poorly. Unfortunately, it’s the nearest one to me, so if I want BK, it’s where I have to go. So better with customer service! It’s not that hard!

I wish I could rate 2.5 stars but I had an okay experience. I give grace because maybe it wasn’t a good day or something but it wasn’t the best experience. I don’t eat at BK at all, the last time I came here was probably over a year and a half ago. We came through the drive through, and I wasn’t sure what I wanted to order because I don’t come here often enough to know the menu like that. The person at the window rushed us to the first window but I still didn’t know and now I couldn’t see the menu. The employee wasn’t overtly rude but I found her rushing to be really off putting and confusing. I needed maybe two minutes max just to decide what I wanted to eat instead of being rushed to decide. Overall disappointing. I went inside and ended up ordering. It was clean, plenty of seating and sunlight. Parking can be a bit tight, and their drive through lane isn’t wide at all so be aware of that. I got the whopper and a large French fries. The whopper was just okay, grilled a little too long. The fries weren’t good really either. Barely any salt or flavor. McDonald’s has them beat and so does Chick-fil-A. Wouldn’t recommend. Their only saving grace is their impossible burger.

Burger King was a place I go to when I work overtime and can’t make my family a meal. And for some reason when I order for delivery from this location I never get a complete order. Can’t call because the number is either out of service or no one want to pick it up. I go through the app and then a email saying they can’t help me but only offer a $10 coupon to use on their app again $10 coupon on a $50 to $60 order I don’t think so
