Love this place !! Seems totally sketch, tucked in the back of a gas station convenience store . But man is it legit!! Super tasty chicken hits all the right notes and those yuca fries are to die for!! Other sides are meh though. Fantastic if you've no time for dinner -pick up the family meal!

Just go to Lima's down the road. This was pretty mediocre at best. Boxed mashed potatoes, almost burnt fries and overcooked canned mixed veggies to go with the chicken. My salad was half cheese and sour cream for some reason, no dressing.

We were craving roast chicken and two nearby supermarkets didn't have any ready yet this Sunday morning. We had been curious about this place at the BP gas station on U.S. 40 near Winters Lane. A great carryout find! At first, I was concerned because when I walked into the station store and looked at the food vendor area, it looked empty. I asked the store attendant when it would open, and he said the food counter was open. I walked over and looked over the counter and there was a young woman back there. I wanted a whole roast chicken, I said, but not if it's leftover from last night. She assured me she had just taken chicken out 20 minutes earlier. I placed my order, walked to the store cashier, paid and brought my receipt back to the food counter. Easy. I got the whole chicken which cost under $12 and came with yellow and green sauce. I dare to say the chicken and sauces were fresher than I've had at the Peruvian roast chicken place down the road. The chicken, which was just right for four adult meals, was moist, with incredibly tasting seasonings including just a touch of what seems like cumin. The green sauce smelled and tasted like the herbs and peppers used to make it and not like it had been sitting in a fridge for days. We will be returning to try othe items as this Latin food place has plenty more things on the menu.

They have halal rotisserie style chicken, it tastes great. The salad and tacos were a little skimpy on the meat and not as good as just getting a a half/whole chicken that you can share with the family. I love their Yuca - its better than french fries!
