Welcome to this cheerful location that has incredibly tasty food. Not a big dining room and certainly not pretentious, but comfortable. Tucked away in Paradise this is one of the best Mexican restaurants in the area. The steak tacos are amazing and the Queso has a great quick to it. The entire menu is varied and will fit every taste. It's VERY reasonably priced too. Try it for lunch and you will be back for dinner.

Wish I could give it ZERO stars. I ordered a quesadilla and 3 tacos from this place through Doordash, My order came with no sauce. I drove all the way to the restaurant to get more sauce only for them to tell me they charge extra for sauce. Horrible service!! Why is sour cream extra?? Its a taco for goodness sake!! Never again will I waste my time, money and energy with this place.

Do you remember that Cosby episode where Claire had to lose weight to fit into a formal gown for an event that she and Heathcliff were planning to attend? In the middle of the night she snuck into the kitchen and tried a Mexican dish that Heathcliff had earlier prepared to intentionally entice her. The minute she tried a spoonful she was completely mesmerized! That episode aired so many years ago and for years and I'm talking years I've been trying to imagine what that spoonful tasted like. During a recent visit to El El Patron I finally experienced that for myself. Have mercy. Do yourself a favor, get the El Patron mixed grill. Hope you enjoy as much as I did

Although my children like the food at this place...I don't like it as much, I didn't like the chicken enchiladas and the roasted chicken cake very much!!!

I placed a pick up order online for the chicken quesadilla, chicken burrito, and the Mexican rice and when I say everything is SOOO GOOOOD, I'm in heaven.They have an automated text system that you can track your order through. But ya don't even have to track it bc they're so FAST too. Highly recommend this

Bad service. Here @ 9:46 and i hear ppl in the back scraping the grill . I rung the bell and no one came to service me. I literally only wanted something to drink and ice cause I’m at the hookah spot behind here… would’ve only took 1

I'm usually a regular at other Mexican spots in the area, but I decided to give this spot a try. They look like they are primarily a take out spot, but there is ample seating inside. We ordered a shrimp burrito platter that came with rice and beans and a steak burrito. Their portions are fairly generous and pricing is very affordable. For both items we paid around $27. Their food was very tasty and flavor seemed to be very authentic. They have a lot of options on their menu and even sell desserts at the store. if you have ever been curious, i highly recommend giving this a try!

I've eaten in the restaurant twice and the food truck in Severna Park once. The tacos are very good in the restaurant and even better for lunch off the truck. Large portions. Fair prices. 3 over stuffed tacos (carnitas, shrimp, lengua) with cucumbers, radish, Limes, and hot sauce for $13.60. Much more satisfying than my last couple Chipotle orders.
