Came to get the Solar Eclipse donut but they were sold out! So we opted for some raspberry jelly and chocolate iced donuts. The service was great they were quick and polite. I'd visit again.

There was only a parent and child in front of us and we waited about 15 min just to put the order in. You are not going to go wrong with the quality because it’s doughnuts but there was an employee casually sitting and playing on his phone and everyone just worked at a slow pace. Only went for the St. Patrick’s day event but never going again.

We tried to get donuts there today but the self serve kiosks weren’t working and nobody acknowledged our existence. There were about 10 of us in the lobby standing around. We gave up and went to Dunkin. We were in and out of Dunkin in like 2 minutes. Don’t bother with this Krispy Kreme. Go to one of the many Dunkin Donuts in the area instead.

Hi… i visited this branch last Thursday 2/15/2024As usual… the doughnuts are amazingBUT…The girl who took our order “Dahlia” … she was so rude …. Looks like she didn’t want to sell anything….Barely speaks and she was upset all the timeI was about to cancel my order …To be honest… I’m not used for this behavior from Krispy Kreme employeesAnd I will never go to that branch again.
This place actually sucks. If this was my first time visiting a krispy kreme i would never go to another one again. This has got to be some type of money laundering operation because these people have no interest in actually providing good service. And how the hell do you run out of hot chocolate gang thats just water and cocoa. You are better off literally anywhere else that sells donuts in this area

I have been here several times and never saw the same employee work here. Sometimes, they didn't have donuts I wanted even though I visited morning and Sometimes, I had to deal with cashers with attitude problems. Experiences were not inconsistent.

Go on weekends if you like being laughed at or ignored. Seems like it’s always 4:20 for the guy and gal who work the drive thru. Had me repeat my order for a glazed donut and mocha 3 times then proceeded to have a fun time laughing at me at the window. Then blurted out “sorry” while giggling like children. Not “thank you” or “come again”, just “sorry”. Kind of like the entire experience, sorry.
