I love big Macs stuff and eat at McDonald’s more often than other fastfoods, and like open counters with soft drinks and catchup etc for customers to pick themselves. But this store has no self-help counter and nothing is open for customers’s. As I asked for a coke refill, the answer was: We don’t do refills! Wow! The stingiest One!

I went to by a happy meal and fish sandwich drive through for may kids today by 11:03 pm . the first thing this lady named Sidel in the recipe asked me was if I am paying with my mobile app it was wired to me I never get those questions before I do my order I told her I will pay in cash.When I get home my kid was very excited opening the box there was not chicken nuggets just the fries.I was very disappointed but I did not went back because it was far away. I usually go 3 times a week and a friendly guy is there talking orders never have any problems with him I hope you guys do better next time Thank you.

I only give out 5 stars for most fast food because of French fries. Its all about timing. The biggest complaint about French fries is they will make new ones, but dump them over top of the old ones. The only one I never had a problem with that is the corporate McDonald's on Snowden River Parkway . They throw away the old fries ? and not mix them with new ones .Don't get me wrong, this McDonald's is excellent in cooking food. I'm just saying this is a problem with a lot of fast food places.

I typically go to McDonalds because my child is at that age where everything is McDonald’s this, McDonald’s that.The service is pretty quick and the food is bearable.The prices have gotten outrageous though. You’re paying about $20 for one meal.

I’ve worked in fast food and I’m pretty sure you’re not allowed to kick people out of the drive thru because you run on a timer. Every time I come there’s a new rule about paying for sauces and it’s always the same older black lady that charges me. No one else does. Probably should be have a little more consistency for such a big chain of fast food.Parking: Only spots that aren’t handicapped are awkwardly placed making maneuvering through the parking lot harder than it should be

They have extremely bad customer service. Burgers are made extremely sloppy. They get more sauce on the wrapper then it is on the actual burger. And they always forget to put an item in the bag.
