I’m so disappointed and saddened that people of color patronize this establishment. On Saturday January 13, 2024, I came to Paradise with a group of friends to celebrate another friend’s birthday. The bar was busy, but I finally ordered a drink. I got my bill for $10 which I signed and added a three dollar tip through my Cash app card. Moments later the owner said my drink was really $15. I was confused because I never knew how much the drink was when I ordered I just trusted the receipt was correct and signed. The owner proceeded to tell me that my card only allowed $10 and wouldn’t go through for $15. Of course it didn’t make any sense because I didn’t ring myself up and I had way more than $15 available on my card. If I was wrongly charged then once I’ve signed a receipt it is the business loss not mine. I assume my 30% tip was not enough for their liking. After disputing this with the owner, he proceeds to tell everyone at the bar that my card did not go through. I have no issue, paying for my own drinks, tipping well, and supporting local business. I have a local business and work for tips as well. Two dollars is not an issue for me as I’m sure it’s not for most people. Yet if I were to spend a dollar somewhere I expect good customer service and sound business practices. The way I was treated by the owner and his son was disrespectful, racist and misogynistic. Of course, I stood up for myself, and they threatened to call the police on me. Which never happened because they had no merit to any accusations. Funny thing is when my card updated the total for Saturday this morning I was charged $15. I’m definitely not upset about the price, I’m upset at their baseless accusations that I could not afford my drink because they incorrectly charged me. They are more than welcome to that two dollars as I will never spend another dollar there again and hope that you won’t either. They’re not the only business in our community that takes our money and treats us like trash. In 2024, I urge all people of color to only patronize businesses that appreciate us and value us. And write reviews so that we can get the word out!

Last weekend was my first time at Paradise Tavern and I felt like I was a customer for years!! The owner is a great guy!The atmosphere and service is amazing!!! I would definitely recommend Paradise Tavern to my friends and family!!!

They sent out for the food. I am guessing the food was at their restaurant building nextdoor. I really did not like the burger. The drinks to me were WAY to pricey.

17$ for a cranberry and vodka with rail vodka in it. I have titos alot and there was no titos in there. it was disgusting didn't even drink it. Maybe half a shot of cranberry juice in it with 8 expensive a** shots of vodka. I just wanted a cheap drink. being the only white people in there we got many stares all night. Extremely awkward and racist. Then as were walking to our car someone who was threatening to shoot this couple then came after us simply for walking by. Learn to handle your alcohol small child. Or don't drink.

This place has mice and roaches, the roach was on the bar I had to move my bag. If you like going in places with no security because it's needed from the crowd he keeps then it's your spot. The food is cooked in the most dirtiest air fryer I have ever seen. So this dirty piss place is a no for me service such too
First Class Dive Bar. Customers and Staff were friendly and the beer was cold. I'll be back often.

I've been going to Paradise for about a year now it's multicultural people are very friendly and receiving never had a problem their food is great drinks are awesome the owner is fantastic I would recommend it if you need a place to go have a good night 's not the Taj Mahal but it's clean. it's also great place to shoot pool has two pool tables food is delivered to the bar hot
