Finally a business that seems to make this location on Frederick Road work. Keeping it simple with refreshing treats and very pleasant service. In the summer you can sit outside and enjoy. Reasonably priced and very tasty.

Update after management replied: being near the end of the season is a lame excuse for having so few flavors. I am seeing this be a complaint ALL THROUGHOUT your season. Also failed to reply about the other problems happening at this location. Just go to another ice place like Opie’s for better service and variety.1. Not very many flavor options to choose from2. Setting is a little scrappy (the employees try their best to keep it clean, but the inside is ugly and there’s a trailer attachment just sitting in the drive thru area)3. The girl serving me was very nice, but the one manning the cash register yesterday at around 4 PM was very curt and just wanted me out of there.I’m coming from the Rita’s in Annapolis where there’s many more flavor options available, and there’s no seating inside you just take it and go.I suggest the manager do something to make more flavors available. There was so little to choose from.

This seems like a nice location and the staff was friendly. I’m just disappointed with the amount of custard i was served. $13.65 for 2 large vanilla custards with sprinkles. I get home and see the cups half filled. I loved Rita’s and was saddened to see this as I’ve never experienced this before.

The owner or manager obviously is racist against Latinos. I went in with my wife, her mother and her Aunt. I am a disabled veteran, and I had a very well labeled Service Dog with me. The dog was clean and well behaved. I was told by this man at least 4 times that he was unhappy about the dog. Even after I showed him ID that the dog was protected under Federal law, he still was verbalizing his unhappiness. Then we clearly ordered what we wanted, and everything was wrong. We were as nice as could be, but this guy was horrible. We will never return.

This place was suppose to be open until 9. I got there at 8 and was told that they were closing early all rudely. It very disappointing to see that they do not stick to the time they are suppose to work. If I could give this place no stars I would. Do not recommend this place!!! Terrible customer service

Odd operation. It was early in the afternoon and was told that the flavor I wanted was already sold out. Told me to check their website for availability and instructed me to come in when they had the flavor posted. Have never been told to do this by a Rita's before. Every other Rita's I've been to knows their market, knows what flavors sell, and has popular flavors readily available. Other Rita's have the attitude - "we got what you want," this Rita's has the attitude, "you take what we have." Overall, not a nice operation, not customer focused.
