Just go to another location. The worker (Indian Guy) was rude. They didn't have utensils or salad dressing. The credit card machine was broken. Thank goodness I had cash because they were using a cellphone for credit card orders.

Inconsistent service depending on who's working. You have to pay a premium for the new Subway Melts, out of the ~12 times i've ordered them, more than 4 of them have been just made normal footlongs. Since I've been doing carryout during the pandemic, I don't realize the sub is messed up until I reach home. I finally saved up enough rewards points to offset the cost of the melt and it was just a regular footlong. Very disappointed.

I ordered turkey bacon guacamole, when my order was done the worker said they don’t have Guacamole. I then asked if I will be charged for Guacamole and she said yes. I later asked for soup, she said they don’t have soup. I proceeded to get SunChips and turns out they’re stale. I’m never returning. Lack of food and stale food as well. I threw away my sandwich, couldn’t trust that.
It's not a popular Subway, and there's a Panera Bread a few doors down. But they remember their customers and are friendly. The broccoli & cheddar soup was a bit too runny for my likes, but if you're hungry enough you'll get it down.
