This is the 3rd straight time I've come here (over a span of 3 months) and the inside is closed for breakfast. This place sucks. Get a new leader or new owner. I like 1 mile away and will never come back ✌️

The location of this restaurant is a little tricky to get to depending on which side of the road you are on. The store itself is great. I experienced short wait time in the drive thru, and they got my order correct the first time even with lots of modifications.

Taco bell columbia is closed for 6 months so I came here and it's not nearly as good. My flatbread were cold and felt like they were made 30 minutes before. Also seems like the portions were not as much as columbia. I'll try Elkridge location next because this one isn't good. Won't come back.

After ordering a meal, at the drive-through, for my wife, I attempted to order something for myself. I was told by the order taker that vegetarian meals could only be ordered online. At the pick up window, the store manager confirmed the statement, made by the order taker. I was confused, as I have ordered vegetarian meals at Taco Bell pick-up windows, up and down the East Coast, for years. However, in this instance, I was instructed to place the order online and wait five to eight minutes (according to the app), and then return to the window. Being unfamiliar with that ordering option, I asked the manager if ordering online would place the order with her and she said it would. I pulled into a parking space, placed the order, and waited. While doing so, I noticed that a store other than the one in question had received the order and payment. I went inside to speak with the "manager", who took no responsibility for the bad information. She was rude and disrespectful. She demonstrated poor customer service skills. Most importantly, for me, she served as a horrible example for the crew with the misfortune to serve under her, so called, leadership.Having spent some time in my life, working in various Customer Service situations, I certainly understand that in the profession, no matter the level or environment, the days can be long and arduous. For that reason, when I have encountered less than pleasant challenges due to less than pleasant treatment from supposedly trained Customer Service Professionals, I have only asked that they are reminded of the core of their mission and that, as the situation warrants, they be retrained.I spoke with the Corporate Customer Service Office about this incident and shared my unpleasant experience. In breaking with my usual approach, I didn't suggest retraining for the grossly unprofessional manager. Neither did I suggest that she should be terminated. Although, I am not convinced that she shouldn't be.

Zero stars. On 1/11/24 at 8pm, me and my 81yo mother attempted to purchase food through the drive thru. When we approached the display, I told the order taker that we were not ready yet. After that, I continued to have a conversation with my mother regarding her choices. She could not see the menu clearly so I backed up so she could see. As I am having my conversation with my mother, there is a faint sound of someone speaking, however, I was not paying attention to them, but, my mother and when I pulled closer to the menu, a voice was still speaking, I then repeated we were not ready yet. I then saw an order on the screen that was about $42 and when I asked about it, she said it was from the order before me. (Please be mindful we never saw anyone before us or behind us in line so seeing the amount made me think she thought we were ordering food when we were actually having a conversation about what to order)Then the voice said "It's OK, you will not be served thru the drive-thru". Both me and my mother did not understand why she would say that and she proceeded to tell me I was rude and therefore I would not be served. I asked to speak to the manager as this was clearly a misunderstanding in my book, however, when I pulled around to speak to the manager, the employee advised I was speaking to the manager all the time...I advised we did not hear her and she continued to say we would not be served with a smile on her face. Granted my mother had been looking forward to this meal all day. Clearly people training is needed for the management of this location. I will never again go there. I have never in my life been intentionally rude to any server as I treat others as I want to be treated. Get rid of that FAKE MANAGER!!! That young person needs more 1 on 1 training. Management equals people skills.

Taco Bell is one of my favorite places to eat. The staff is always friendly and the food is always good. Their current $5 special is outstanding!!!

Destiny A. was completely disrespectful for NO REASON. I'm a babysitter, and simply asked if I could split an order before I ordered at the drive-through. She immediately had an attitude, and said they don't do that. Fine. Other drive-throughs at different restaurants can, so it didn't hurt to just ask. I asked her if I came back around, could I make the other order. She replied condescendingly "if you want to." I pleasantly said "ok, no problem"; because, I genuinely didn't want this nasty person to spit in my food. I only needed the order split so I could pay for the kids I was babysitting with their dad's card, and for my food with my own card. I genuinely was not trying to make her day any harder, and I just wanted my food safe. I wasn't in a hurry either, so I didn't make a big deal about it. She shoves me my bag of food, and slams the door when I was trying to ask for the receipt. I came around again for the second order. I don't know why she chose to come to work that day, what's going on in her personal life, or what had happen to make her bad day, but that is not my fault. I would have gone inside to talk to the manager, but not with the kids in the car. I totally get customer service in general sucks; especially fast food. Customers can be real jerks and conniving when it comes to coupons & discounts. I try to set a good example for the kids I babysit to show them how to be kind to others. My order was on 11/5/23 and was order numbers 302409 & 302413 if they need to see the footage. I have no desire for deals, coupons, or reimbursements or anything. I just hope her manager calls her out after watching the footage, and finds someone to replace her. I genuinely hope that girl has encounters like the one she gave me to see for herself how bad it feels especiallywhen you genuinely try to be a decent customer. If you want safe food that Destiny A. won't spit in, don't go here.

Drive through cashier was the rudest person I've ever dealt with. No greeting and when I left I said thank you and had the window slammed in my face. Called the store and the manager and another employee had me on speaker phone like it was a group discussion. I think I need to become a manager so I can teach them about customer service. I will never go to this location again

I am usually not one to leave a review but as a college student, this location sucks! #1 they have mixed up more than few orders I have had and take awhile to help you out. #2 I have called late at night to check hours because I wasn't sure if they were actually open until 4am after covid and when I asked the person on the phone they literally hung up. I do work retail so I understand frustrated workers but I just needed a simple time and I was calling to be polite. Do not come here if there is a closer location to you.
