Very cool staff, easy going, got my order out quick, coffee didn't burn the heck out of my mouth, and the food was great.

I go here once every 2 weeks or so. The soda machine is hit or miss. Surprisingly it was clean and working fine this time. The crew is meh but they get the food out! Place is somewhat clean could be better.Vegetarian options: Impossible and sides eat up veggie

Never again. I was sort of forced into dining here as my husband was so very famished he just had to stop as we passed by during one of our road trips. I much would have preferred the Chipotle next door but it was unfortunately, closed. So, I conceded and we went in to order. We should have immediately walked back out but did not, yet another compromise on my part. The prep area floor was littered with food particles. The 3 staff members were frantically going from the counter, to the back, to the drive through area. I was greeted and my order was taken in an acceptably hospitable manner. However, my wait for two combo meals was rather long. When I was handed my to go bag, I was missing one of the items I ordered and paid for. I notified the staff and after a brief wait was given my missing menu item. I once again had to stop the rushing staffer to request condiments. Once in the car, my husband and I discovered that his sandwich had pickles and bacon ( when he requested no pickles no bacon) although the wrapper was marked no pickles no bacon and my sandwich had neither when my only requested modification was to add bacon. I hope this isn't the norm and just a byproduct of being short staffed. Summarily, this lunch stop was definitely a swing and a miss.

to start. the uncleanliness of this place irks me. the counters in the lobby and kitchen are absolutely filthy the walls . the sinks. the walk in. the freezer. the break room. the food is kept in open bags all the time in the freezer. which contains mold in it and inside the mini fridge. the burgers are kept in dirty greasey pans used all day long just like the bins that get used to prep your food they never get truly thoroughly cleaned. the service sucks BECAUSE THE MANAGAER IS A Prude. she doesn’t care about her employees at all never asks if they need breaks multiple days i could count i didn’t get one. she makes everyone else do her job and there’s so she can sit on th phone eating fries and cheeseburgers. the crew team. okay. there’s some weird people but they chill. the managers are the problem always starting drama with the crew and everyone else for that matter, the manager is so hypocritical its not even funny. i don’t know who she thinks she is but someone needa bring her down a notch. the service gets blamed on people who have no clue what they are doing because it’s not what they signed up for i was never supposed to be a cook but that’s wha they forced me to be. the food at night is not cooked freshly it is reheated and make in bulk. the pans the burgers are kept in as i said before is disgusting and no one knows how to do the dishes the bacon for the burgers is absolutely stale and hard as rock which is not the workers fault it’s the manager harrasing us so we can never get done what we started , then they yell at us for that. we are not here to do there hobbs for them we are here to make our money and go they constantly harrras and bully these workers because they are so miserable with them selves ,this is the worst place to eat and work at all im telling you . multiple days i never received a break i was completely exhausted but they never cared BUT ASKED ME TO WORK MORE. All i do was work for them we almost lost our personal lives because that’s what they tried to force us to . the food stations are never clean covered in mold or grease, nothings clean the service is horrible and screw manager.

burger king is absolutely disgusting. the manager valerie is a bitch for no reason at all, i've seen her disrespect her employees and be loud with them for no reason at all. everytime i come in there's a issue between workers or customers waiting for hours on there food for years. i personally know someone who worked in there and those grease pans would make you never want burger king in your life, raw meat dirty meat, dirty pans, uncleaned pans, over worked employees , horrible management this place has it all . never eat here again. the burgers are made like slop and tossed into patties that sit to stale for hours. times are never changed on any of the bins, half cleaned bins are used to hold your food that doesn't sound very nice. workers never get breaks either they get threatened that they will be fired or receive some sort of punishment if they ask . the management makes sexual comments to the workers. looks at inappropriate parts of workers bodies. it's absolutely disgusting and they have no respect at all for any of the workers they just treat them like garbage no appreciation for the ones putting in the work, constant nagging, constant harassment , it's not a safe and good environment for workers to be in. it lacks basic cleaning such as the sinks the friers, the fry tray , the counters, tables, chairs , stocking the lobby and ice. they ask us to serve old rotten tomatoes no matter the size or how they look, there was mold in the back of the store. always boxes and trays stocked sky high and constant drama between workers, the people who make the sandwiches are absolutely filthy, hair in the food , flys all over the place, using the same bins and sauces to reprep food . qi do not recommend charlotte hall burger king to anybody.

I ordered the classic chicken sandwich meal and it had to of been the worst food I have had in a long time. The chicken was like rubber, they used wilted lettuce and lots of it oh and the fries were soaked in grease and were still alittle cold ( not cooked) I was disappointed 100%.

The franchise owner must be losing money left and right at this location. When Chipotle opens next door, they will suffer more. If you are in a hurry, keep driving. I understand the challenges with finding good help but come on. It starts with the manager--not managing. I opted to go inside after getting my drive thru order that was wrong. The inside was an unfavorable site. The young man behind the counter seemed overwhelmed and kept throwing ice cream cones in the trash because I'm assuming someone didn't teach him properly. The cooks were literally making one single sandwich at a time. No assembly line happening there. The "counter" lady kept conversing with the cooks the entire time I waited for my corrected order while noticing the drive thru line was at a stand still. She was such a disruption that those guys weren't on their game though they could have said stop the distractions. She should have stepped up to help. There's reasons why people will drive to Chick-fil-A. They are the blue ribbon of fast food. This BK must be treading water. To have good workers you need a good leader. Or, close...unfortunately.

The manager was friendly and was working hard to makeup for some of the staff who appeared to be letting him down. One employee was too busy worrying about watching TV then helping or cleaning up the eating area.The eating area needed to be cleaned and appeared that no one had cleaned or checked on the area all day (we went at 5:00 and there was hardly anyone in there yet). It was very hard to find a "clean" table and there were many sticky spots on the floors. Trash on tables, hardened and sticky spills by soda machine and trach cans. All the trash cans were very full. Overall cleanliness was poor.Only saving gracw was the food was good. Hopefully the cooking area was cleaner than the eating area.The bathrooms needed a complete cleaning too.

The older blonde lady behind the drive through was a delight and a half. She was crackin jokes making us laugh and overall best customer service i’ve ever received from any fast food place ever. Keep it up whoever you are, definitely needs a raise
