Ordered a strawberry cream biscuit. Received a dry biscuit with maybe strawberry pieces. Does not look anything like the picture. Where was the jam? Also didn't receive my Mac and cheese.
I can't dispute all the negative reviews of this place but I've never had a negative experience here. I've never seen long lines or the inside dining area not open.I had lunch there today and the food was fine. The folks taking orders were friendly, quick and my food came out hot and quite tasty.The dining area was clean, albeit not crowded at all. I was the only one eating inside the restaurant at noon on a Saturday. I'm not sure what that says overall but I didn't mind.

Best Popeye's experience I've had in quite some time! Store was clean. The person at the counter greeted me as soon as I entered. He listened to what I wanted and selected an option that was reasonably priced. The food was hot. The chicken was juicy. I will definitely return to the Charlotte Hall Popeye's the next time I need my Popeye's fix.
