This is hands down the best wendys we have gone to. We decided to get food at 11pm usually getting food this late you run into cold food orders not right absolutely no care in the world but the lady who worked 3/21/24 was great. Our fries were hot! The burger and wrap were delicious it was definitely a win for my wife and I. The people who worked tonight should get raises!

Slow service. Totally incompetent staff. If you want to wait in the drive through, or have them "pull you forward" for 20-30 minutes, this is this place to come. The food is pretty decent, but there is nothing fast about. The last time I came I was told to pull forward. After waiting 15 minutes I saw that same guy make himself food and go sit down to take a break. I had to walk in and ask how much longer it would be. They looked at me like they didn't know what I was talking about. If I hadn't walked in I would have been there all day.

Food is normally fantastic! There are a few great employees! They always forget something in my order but one girl that's always in drive thru is super rude always rolls her eyes and acts like she couldn't be bothered. Definitely not great with people!!! The one manager is no different on her cell phone while crew is busy. Couldn't be bothered. Do better Wendy's

I recently ordered a Baconator meal, but unfortunately, the experience fell short of my expectations. The fries I received were disappointingly cold and tasted stale, and the burger itself was not up to the usual standard(dry), leaving me with an unsavory impression. Upon entering the establishment to rectify the issue, I was immediately struck by an unpleasant odor that seemed to permeate the atmosphere. Despite the apparent busyness of the staff, one courteous cashier did offer to replace the fries at no additional cost. Regrettably, the wait for a simple order seemed prolonged, and upon receiving a replacement, I discovered they were cheese fries on my way to my car, which posed an issue for me due to being lactose intolerant . I hope this feedback serves as an opportunity for the management to address these issues and improve the overall customer experience and quality.
