The employees were very nice and fast. Only downside is the managers steal all their tip money when paid with card. So please when you stop by only pay tip with cash. It’s so unfortunate and inconsiderate knowing the managers is stealing money from the employees.

This was an experience, the service isn’t good we went in there and the employee said “hold on I need to do something on my phone.” That is so ignorant. Also the cheese was getting hard. And the employees talk to much. And when you walk in nobody is there to serve you. I don’t think I will be going back.

I’ve been here twice and I will never go back. It takes forever, and most employees don’t care. 2nd visit I placed an online order thinking it would be better. After a half hour, I went into the restaurant expecting to get my order & they didn’t even start it. (The restaurant was not busy.). Then, the employees argued over who would make the order because neither wanted to do it. In front of me! Took 25 minutes for him to make 6 sandwiches (5 the same, 1 different), and he didn’t even provide me my full order (my cookies were not included). To top it off, as soon as I walked out the door, the bag broke & my sandwiches went flying. And, there was a nice on the garbage can. ?‍♀️ Avoid this place.

I could have drove to wawa and back faster than the guy behind the counter could make a sub. He had no sense of urgency, didn’t acknowledge anyone. After waiting 20mins to get up to the counter, he pulled his phone out while checking someone else out and sat on his phone for a good 3-5 mins after the other customer left. Meanwhile there’s a whole line behind myself. When the guy finally walks over he was clearly irritated and mutters “do you want something”. By that point i was just fed up and walked out. Went to McDonald’s and had my food and was leaving before the guy behind me was even finished ordering. Worst service ever. Won’t be back.

Ever since the morning shift girls got fired, and the place went downhill.They were always able to keep up with the lunch rush. Now we have incompetent slow workers.Should not have to wait 20 minutes for a sub.After waiting 10 min I left, went to McDonald's and got my food before the person who was infront of me at subway, paid.Thats absurd

Man behind the counter doesn't acknowledge you when you walk in, refuses to talk or say anything, makes phone calls while making sandwiches, works incredibly slow, wears no netting to cover beard or hair and ends up in my food.

I made 3 online orders and all were bad experiences so far. I always gave 15% tip. Every time I go at the estimated time of pickup, they don’t actually get started being prepared until you get there and ask about your order. They never include your chips in the bag and don’t give you your fountain drink cup until you ask for it which by the way are flat so don’t bother.Then yesterday I walked in right when the guy at the register who was handling money, with his bare hands picked up some cookies from the stand, placed it in some paper bag and handed it to the customer, who seem to be ok with it. Luckily another staff who had gloves on are making my sandwich instead. I did not eat my order of half dozen cookies though because I did not saw how that was packed.

I ordered dinner on the app consisting of 2 subs, 2 bags of chips, 2 sodas and 2 cookies. Had a friend pick it up as I am sick. He brought it back and they didn’t follow the instructions, didn’t add the chips and the soda was flat. I tried calling 5 or 6 times and went to VM which was full. I will be contacting corporate and informing them of the very poor service. And yes I tipped them 15% so that’s not the reason for lousy service. There are way too many options to pay for expensive poor service!!
