This one is tough to rate. I have had absolute trash service here, but also, some of the kindest professional service here too. Overall this a good Taco Bell location.

Third time visiting Taco Bell, Kent Island, MD, and every time we had trouble getting our order straight: today I was the only one in drive through line, however, I was directed to wait in the parking lot, then a wrong order was brought to me, and finally I have received a bag with three tacos, no napkins, an order of cinnamon twists is missing. Paid $12. Previously, the on-line order was never prepared until we got there, and then we were waiting 22 minutes outside. Never again. Avoid this location.

This Taco Bell is nicer than the ones nearer to me. Food quality and quantity is better ( more meat on tacos, veggies seem fresher) very convenient location, clean inside and out.

Consistently the worst service I have ever gotten in fast food. Check your order because it is almost always wrong or missing items. Showed up for breakfast with 15 minutes left and was told I couldn’t get any breakfast items because they “just had a big order” and were all out….what??? Make some more? Quesadillas are also never sliced, or sliced by someone who is completely blind. I keep going here because the next closest is Annapolis but it is equally as garbage every time I do go.

Every time I go here they get my order wrong / forget something and I'm not over exaggerating.. literally every single time. It's disappointing since it usually takes on average waaaay too long to even get your order. Can't even say when you get it is worth it. The last visit I ordered the grilled cheese taco and they basically folded it up into a ball and wrapped it. Hard tacos always a shattered mess. This has been the most disappointing Taco bell I've ever used. Only reason I return is my kids love it because they don't know any better and I do it for them. Been going here for 8 years and the quality is always the same.
