This has been my favorite bakery for a long time, but today I had a bad experience, when choosing the bread, a tray was placed incorrectly and the bread fell to the floor. I apologized and explained that it was incorrectly placed, I apologized for the disorder and in the end without telling me anything, they charged me, I know that there is a sign that says that you must pay... but it should not be like that, when they have left it incorrectly arranged things. I asked to speak to the manager and they said there was no one. I don't think I'll come back here. Pity

I have been a customer of this bakery since they opened this location but lately the customer service and the food are of good quality. The younger employees are very rude. I usually buy breakfast every morning but today I bought tamales and they all came out bad because they were made several days ago and were already sour so unfortunately we had to vote off all the tamales. I'm not sure what's going on but I don't think I'm spending my money on this place anymore.

bad customer service the Young ladys are so rude with the customers I came last time and one lady with name Sidney or cyndy I don't know exactly but is a Young lady just ignored me when I asked for tamales she just looked me and she walked away and left to the kitchen and she never came back I had bad experience but I was still coming .other Young lady charg me 2 dolars for one dolar French bread ? I didn't see my receipt until I get home I don't come to this bakery no more because I don't know how many times they charged me more fefore that time ..I don't understand how the owners can have this kind of employees to kill the business

First of all get the Egg or Chicken torta. Then try the donuts and bread. Order your cake fresh in advance. The tamales and chicken salad sandwiches are good as well. Pay attention to the items that are freshly baked they will be on the carts when you walk in. I got two cakes made for my birthday and they were so good. I removed the writing on the yellow and green cake with flowers that says Gemini SZN and added my own. In the future I will do the writing myself. You can ask for a lot of milk or a little, I prefer little milk but you can choose to your liking.

The truth is that they don't come here, it's better to go to another place that deserves the money, they have good bread and pastries but the truth is that the people across the street can't stand it, they are very rude, and the truth is they don't feel like talking go back . I went for Mother's Day on a Sunday and the girl with black hair at the cashier was very rude and even got me down for $3. I really like this place but I won't be back because of the service.

I literally just purchased 10 cupcakes from this place. They were speaking Spanish obviously asking what she should charge me for those old dry cupcakes. I can’t believe that they just don’t throw them away when they are old hard and inedible. DO NOT GO TO THESE RUDE PEOPLE. VERY LOW CLASS TO SELL HARD CUPCAKES.
