I needed to make a pit stop while my daughter and her friends get last minute items for their fit from the mall for a concert tonight in DC. Therefore, I decided to see if the Asian Chao still had the good spicy.. Normally, there is a long line you can spot as soon as you walk in the door. When I didn't see that I should've knew some was up. Basically, I got what I normally which is the 3 Meat Combo Meal with double Mongolian Chicken and Spicy Bourbon. But this time sauce or the meat was extremely salty and the Lo mein noddles was a little rubbery! If, I could I would've taken it back. I guess some things don't remain the same or get better over time. So it's hard to say if I recommend this location or not. I guess you should at least try it once and then let us know if it was just a bad batch today..

After a couple of hours of shopping, Flora and I shared an entree with two sides at Asian Chao, an Asian fast food restaurant located in the food court of Clarksburg Premium Outlets. We got Bourbon Chicken with Noodles and Vegetables. I'm not sure why we were charged for Two Entree Combo when we only got one entree. liked how the noodles weren't as greasy as the ones at Sarku Japan. It would have been nice if the Bourbon Chicken had more sauce and vegetables had more flavor.

Steak was over cooked/burnt. Noodles and rice were ok. VERY OVER PRICED

My son ordered this through Uber Eats and for $31 I have to say, we were both shocked. There was hardly any food at all with this 'meal'. No rice or drink at all...but it was $31. I believe we are done ordering from this place. So sad.

Attn owner: I was charged for an order I returned. The rice was old dry and crunchy the chicken teriyaki meat was gristles and not the texture of real chicken pieces not even chewable or digestible. The gentleman took the receipt and the food saying he would take care of it and tossed my receipt in the trash as I walked away luckily I kept copy on my phone. Also why are the prices higher ( nearly double) for customers who pay at your counter than reflected online. I’ve contacted the health department to file a complaint about the blatant violation of food quality and encourage everyone who’s had a problem to do the same. To date my refund is still not reflecting and it’s been 3 weeks. I need follow up or I will dispute with my bank.

Ordered Thai Spicy Chicken and got onions and peppers instead. They should just take it off the menu if they’re not inclined to put any chicken in it and instead push their other chicken dish. It’s misleading

Avoid this place. I wish I had seen the reviews before I ordered... The food here is absolutely disgusting.

Almost 20$ for a bottle of water and a "two item combo" but they don't tell you they up charge you for orange chicken. Not to mention the serving size of the meat is pathetic. Definitely won't be eating here again.

Don’t believe those fake reviews the employees are rude and don’t even speak English at all. Got a combo and the Asian lady who was serving the food only gave me all peppers and onions when I ordered spicy thai chicken. Would not recommend anyone to come here their disgrace for Asian people.

Impressive American Chinese food, especially for being in a fairly deserted area! Kind man also lets you half-and-half your rice/lo mein/veggie to go with your two entrees ($11.29).

The chowmein is terrible in taste and quantity. Poor service

My fiancé and I stopped here for lunch yesterday. We would have been better feasting on the grass outside the mall.We both ordered bourbon chicken with vegetables and fried rice. The chicken could best be described as a loose conglomeration of cuboid-shaped meat with the consistency of old shoe leather. The fried rice was completely devoid of taste, so much so that we kept double-checking our forks to make sure we weren’t eating air. The steamed vegetables were edible. There’s a sign hanging below the menu that says Asian Chao is under new management. One can only hope its new managers hire actual chefs.

Sneakily upcharged me twice for several pieces of chicken that were chewy.
