We went in the other day, ordered meals and then asked for a cup for water. They did not have any water cups and indicated we couldn’t have a normal cup for water or even a soup cup for water as they count everything. I think it’s a requirement in establishments to provide water cups for paying patrons. If I can give them zero stars I would. This establishment is dishonest, rude, and condescending. My husband and I placed two separate orders through the app. Mine had 12 counts of chocolate chip cookies. The pick up time noted in the app and in my email receipt said 1:10pm, however, when my husband and kids arrived to pick up the order they were told to wait.
