I Frequently order online for pick up at this Coldstone location and typically receive great customer service and normally never have any problems. but tonight my husband went to pick up an order that was placed for a milkshake and a like it custom ice cream. When my husband arrived at store the employees told him they were out of milk and unable to make the milkshake so he asked if they made the ice cream that was ordered and they said they didn't. I find it extremely unprofessional that the employees did not contact me to tell me that they were out of the milk and could not make the milkshake and then didn't even make the ice cream that was ordered. My husband requested a refund and they said they were unable to give a refund because they didn't know how to do it and I don't think employees that don't know how to perform basic register skills and customer service should be left in a store alone by themselves. My husband never received his ice cream and had no option but to return home without a refund. After my husband returned home I attempted to call the store 8 times and the employees are picking up and pretending as if they can't hear me. I will be reporting this incident to Coldstone Corporate offices & local law enforcement since the employees did not bother to call a manager to rectify the situation and because I just paid for two items and didn't receive them or a refund.

I am not racist or something like that but people from that specific region who began to serve there changed the face of this business drastically. Their behavior with each other in front of other people with their families and kids, dirty looking hands and general sanitary situation forced me to keep far from that place. Although it used to be my kids' favorite ice cream store once. Our last visit was accompanied bybthis music sounding very loudly that did not let us sit there peacefullyand enjoy our ice cream. For us Cols Stone is a lost business!

I don't know what's going on here. They didn't give me what I ordered, they didn't tell me they were out of what I wanted, the ice cream was warm and melted, they were so so slow, the cups were covered in ice-cream and so messy. They forgot to mix in what I asked for and just sprinkled it on top. We didn't even finish ours. It was melted. Never coming back.

I always love getting cold stone ice cream!! It is so good but I wanted to review this location because of the great service. They were really nice and considerate. Without me asking they separated the waffle cone bowl from the ice cream so it would not get soggy. They put a lid on the ice cream so it would not spill. The ice cream was amazing like always but this location is special because of the great service.
On line ordering is great but I always have to wait. They need more than 1 person working!

Cold Stone is one of our favorite ice cream parlors however I feel like they need to be a little more cleaner when prepping and fixing your mixed ice creams

The amazing team at Cold Stone did a last minute order/delivery for an Oreo cake 30 minutes out. They went above and beyond for this little boys birthday, and made his day. Thank you for being so super!
