“I have been loving this food truck even before I started Yelp. The family that was always at this location was so amazing and they passed on the Love into the food. Before I left for Texas, I would always crave the chicharones and yucca here. My kids and I would plan our errands around the area, so that we could have a good treat from the truck. Now that I'm back, it did not disappoint my fond memories! I was literally ordering chicharones and yucca at 9:00 am in the morning on a cold wet rainy winter morning! It was easy to order, hooray for pictures, if you want to pick something else. My goddaughters love the pupusas here too! They were here a few days ago and brought us some home, hot and fresh! That's what sent me down memory lane! Foodie cravings of crunchy savory porky perfection and the yucca fries that are always golden and crunchy on the outside and pillowy inside. The salad is on point and elevates the dish to be a little lighter and adds the crispy vinegary element that helps reset the pallet. And of course, I had to order decadent sweet plantains... my guilty pleasure. Did I mention this was at 9:00 am! There's literally school buses still out! But if I didn't eat it all, because of how generous the portions are, I can air fry all these Foodie treasures back to their best texture and temperature. “Food was really good. I didn't love the flavor of the carnitas taco but it wasn't bad. The huarache was also much thicker than I am used to but still a great item to try. The carne asada and al pastor tacos were amazing! They are served with some generously cut cucumbers and radishes for a nice fresh bite too. Loved it. The horchata was great too“

“Brunch menu had a wonderful variety of choices. And, the food was delicious & well-prepared. Of particular note was the tiramisu cake — excellent taste & presentation! I did find the prices of the entrees and sides to be a bit too pricey. I think a small portion of one of a side dish (beyond the greens provided) should be included in the entree price. Additionally, I found the focaccia offered to be tasty, but paltry in size/quantity. The restaurant itself is modern & pretty. But, sitting by the wall that is shared with the kitchen was noisy —- many bumps into the wall from the kitchen side. Service was attentive, but thought it a little odd that the waiter had to wipe down tables between diners. I will go again for dinner!“
