Royaltea makes a delicious brown sugar milk tea and brown sugar coffee that I don't mind driving from Gaithersburg into Clarksville for!! It's always consistent and deliciously creamy!! Friendly and courteous service to boot!!

Excellent bubble tea! The staff was incredibly friendly and polite. We greatly appreciated the boba and jelly in our drinks being included for free. It’s so rare for boba to be included. We got brown sugar milk tea and coffee brown sugar milk tea. The coffee flavor was smooth and refreshing, not at all bitter. The coffee jellies were tasty as well! We did not have to wait long to receive our order. There was plenty of seating. Could not recommend more!

On the way home from Catonsville, my fiancé and I stopped by Royal Tea, a bubble tea spot inside of the Clarksville Commons. There wasn't much of a waiting area as it was located near the entrance of the food hall. Their popular beverages had a red crown icon next to it. My fiancé had the Mango Passionfruit Green Tea with Lychee Jelly. It was too sweet at zero sugar, so we asked to have it remade with Aloe Vera. I loved the With Love, which consisted of Rose Oolong Milk Tea with Strawberry Star Jelly and White Pearl at 30% sugar. I wish there was a Royaltea closer to me because I'd be there all the time.

Ordered the milk black tea with boba. The milk tea flavor was not that memorable, in the sense that it was not watered down but the tea notes were also not strong. You can tell the boba balls weren't the best because they were oddly shaped and uneven in size. The sweetness of the drinks are decent so you can opt for your regular sugar level. The plastic seal on the drink also seemed flimsy so be careful with your drink.
The service was great- super friendly and every drink we have had is delicious. It’s our favorite family treat spot!
