Clarksville Starbucks is my absolute favorite. Always on time, the service is amazing here. Always clean. I’ve been going to Starbucks for years, this is the first location where an employee (shout out to Jasmine) where they welcome me by saying my name with a smile. I love it here, makes my mornings so much better!

A most FREEZING starbucks ever. They have the AC ON even during cold weather. It seems like the management might not want customers lingering in the cafe too long. Otherwise, why not control the temperature? Bundle up yourself to keep normal body temperature.

This location has its gems as far as baristas go but it struggles with cleanliness, food and drink quality. Cups are regularly handed off coated with random syrups and spill, floaties from other drink types end up in teas (which are often over-brewed), tongs with caked-on food aren't switched out and transfer savory food to pastries and vice versa. Baristas don't wash hands as needed so it's always a fun surprise what your lids gonna smell or look like. The hand off counter is disgusting.

Gave me a free drink when my card expired and didn’t have my wallet!! So kind and the drink wasn’t cheap either.
God bless the cashier who took my order, he was very kind and friendly. Mocha Frappuchino is also good. The ambiance was nice because it's summer and Not packed with high schoolers (no offense).

One of the better Starbucks I've gone to. They have some bar stools to hang out on and chat with others along with an assortment of outdoor and indoor seating. Order ahead is kept safe and requires asking your name. Signage is direct and clear. Will continue to come here. ?

I’ve never had a bad experience at any Starbucks. Today, I did. I waited 30 minutes for a plain coffee and a latte. It appears that aside from the high demand, there was a mixup in orders and the team did not appear to be working well together and seemed stressed. I hope the things get better throughout the day.
