Every time I go at least one or more of my orders are wrong. Either something is missing or they just didn’t give me the right item. The worst thing about it is that the order is taken correctly, I check my receipt to make sure that I wasn’t misheard but the receipt is correct with what I ordered but whats in the bag is wrong.

My husband purchased the goodbuger meal. The meat was red so we turned around to take it back. Instead he replaced it with the classic chicken which is cheaper and they would not compensate him for his drink which he had a coke and wanted the shake like the goodburger meal comes with.They had him wait for a long time to replace the sandwich and to tell him no that he can't get the drink because he has to pay extra. We stated that is the drink we paid for but instead he received a coke and his burger was red and we had to turn around to return it. They did not apologize or compensate us and in all actuality we paid more for less.Then they have 2 young children working their. Nothing against the children working, but they constantly mess up our orders. Eighther we are missing items or over charged and this has happened a multiple amount of times.This Arby's is not the same as it once was before. I do enjoy the hot and freshness of the food. Now for some reason my crinkled cut fries are always hard and dry. It they will get the right cooks and higher other races then I think their customer services will improve. Right now it's all/mostly foreigners and they are not very welcoming.

I wanted some Arby’s after seeing their commercial about the new limited Cheesesteak sub, haven’t had Arby’s in years.Found myself near Arby’s yesterday, I downloaded the app and placed a pickup order to be ready when I was done with my shopping. Ordering within the app was smooth as well as the pickup. The taste of said food was mind blowing but the texture of the “meat chips” was on a different level. I noticed after one two bites I was still chewing “meat chips”, it wasn’t long afterwards I had to use the bathroom off two bites alone.I was disappointed; I am not sure what Arby’s use as a meat substitute but that wasn’t beef.I threw the whole meal away; I was disappointed at myself for buying the sandwich. I changed how and what I ate years ago but Arby’s has never been a disappointment.I guess everything changed over time.Lesson learned.
