This location has very kind employees, but the food always tastes OLD. The nuggets are rubbery and taste like they’ve been sitting out all day, and the fries are unsalted. I only go to this one because it’s close to my house, but after today I’ll be going to the Brandywine location.

I moved from potomac yard to clinton and this location is a joke! They literally advertise the mini biscuits on the app as burnt and believe me they are!!!! I absolutely hate the quality of food here! And the fruit cup is so disrespectful! 90% of the time, I am missing strawberries and the bowl is half empty!!! These are facts not opinions… They need new quality control to keep up with the standards of the other locations! *The staff are great but not the food!

I would normally rate Chick-Fil-A at 5 out of 5 stars for fast food. Today however, I am very disappointed and quite put out by having an order delivered instead of picking up. I am really debating if they have lost my business for good, and I think that answer may be a resounding, YES. I have never been a huge fan of up-charging but I do understand it. However... I paid $111.52 (not including tip), for a delivery order that would been $78.10 if I would have picked it up. That is an up-charge of $33.42 on the order. This order was for 4 kids, 5 piece chicken nugget meals (normally $6.75 ea, delivered $8.79 ea) 2 spicey deluxe chicken meals (normally $11.75 ea, delivered $15.23 ea), 1-12 piece nugget Meal (normally $12.85, delivered $16.69), and 1 Chicken Club Meal (normally $14.25, delivered $18.53). Then, they charged a $3.99 delivery fee on top of that! This is ridiculous, Chick-Fil-A! A ten dollar delivery fee would have been acceptable, and I would have been happy to pay it for the convenience. A +$30 dollar charge is not acceptable, under any circumstances! I'm a 20%+ tipper, so you can do the math on the real cost of convenience here. Don't get blind sided by up-charges by this business!
