This location was awesome they had on gloves, and the customer service was excellent. The Marlow Heights location was horrible they wore no gloves picking up food with their hands, one customer advised as he was existing in the store. He said they were nasty and was cussing like a true sailor. I drove off and went to another location ?

We placed an order For a mashed potato bowl-spriteWrap combo-mac&cheese/spicy slaw-mt. Dew-fries3 tender combo-mashed potatoes- Mt. dewThey never put the mashed potato bowl on the order, got mashed potato’s instead ofFries. I visited KFC place a order 12pc meal, Lrg Mac & Cha, Lrg Fries and Lgr Mash&Gvy. Got home and opened my bag. Large Fries was missing. I try several times telephone KFC nobody answer the telephone. For $45.36 I expect get what I paid for. Chicken and Mac & Cheese was not fresh. Don't taste like KFC ?

I just moved to PG county and have received several coupons for KFC. I haven't eaten at a KFC in at least 15 years (been going to Sardis and Popeyes). So I decided to go to this particular KFC. First the don't accept coupons. I ask if they uave just a wing meal, they say no. So I had to purchase a 4pc..for 3 Wings and a breast..then they say they only have ONE original wing. I end up getting 2pc and a Biscuit. I ask for butter for the Biscuit they have no butter. On top of all that the customer service sucked! NEVER AGAIN!

Place is tucked into a hard to see spot, you could easily drive past it without noticing it's there. Always been quick service at drive thruMenu at the drive thru is hard to read, as you are facing into the sun by afternoon and the menu sign also picks up glare. Otherwise, it's just KFC, tasted one you've tasted them all.

Clean and modern Colonel-centric interior decor, inimitably delicious Original Recipe, and quick service. Signs say they’re only accepting drive-thru and online orders on account of being short-staffed, but the lady working inside threw my family a bone ‘cause the shop wasn’t too busy at 11:30, and for that we were extra appreciative. (Also, hence why I took the time to review a fast food place, haha.)Kids meal included stickers, nuggets, sides like mac and cheese, and juice — plus activities on the bag, for $5-something. We all left full and happy.

This place is Consistently bad and I should have known better to even come here from the last experience (last time no white meat original) but what the h*** I gave them another shot.. How do you NOT have original chicken ready at 11:45 AM? Next time I will go all the way across town to the one on 301(Upper Marlboro) to get what I want.. This place is just sad.
