This business is extremely busy on the weekend, so I placed an order online so I could just pick it up. One of the items in my order included was a steak and cheese combo that included fries and a drink. I chose a sweet tea as my drink. When I arrived to pick up my order I explained I had purchased a combo that included a drink. The man behind the counter (who I think is a manager) told me I could grab a drink out of the fridge. One fridge housed things like Pepsi, orange, water etc. I told him I ordered a sweet tea and attempted to grab one of those from the other fridge. He rudely explained that I couldn't get those. He told me I could get one of the others or a fountain drink and that's what the combo included. I explained I specifically ordered sweet tea because that is what I wanted. Otherwise I wouldn't have ordered a combo. He continued to rudely (I can't express enough how rude this man was) that it wasn't included and that corporate adds that and it shouldn't be there. I am not sure how I, as a customer, would ever know that at told him as much. He didn't care. I told him that he was rude he mumbled something, told me to take the tea and go. I did. And because of that, I will never return. I can't make this establishment, or this person rather, treat its customers better. ( I heard another lady leaving complaining about how rude he was as well) But I can decide where and who I choose to spend my money with, and it will not be Ledos.I was hesitant on leaving a review because I don't want to ruin someone's business. However, it was clear the worker could care less about me, my feelings, or the level of customer service he displayed, or lack there of. Just how dismissive the worker was made me realize he didn't value my business or me as a customer, and frankly I would never want anyone to spend their money and feel this way. In short the service at this location has truly gone down hill and I won't be returning. This review is only to let you know what I experienced, and enter at your own risk.

I love Ledos and I was ecstatic about the free sign up for rewards program. All the food is good here. I’m impressed with the lunch specials and deals as well a variety of delicious meals combos or special deal. The service was fast and prompt and my order was exactly how I ordered it. I am very pleased and Wii return.Parking: There’s parking in front of Ledos, and also a parking lot.

I recently had a work event and I called Ledo pizza for help! The staff was great! The food was a Hit and the customer service experience was on point!!!! Everybody at the party was impressed with the food, so Ledo will be the place for all events going forward!!!!
They consistently make thin crust pizza. Been eating Ledos pizza for 30 years. The dough is not that thin. This one consistently gives you minimal dough.

Pizza is simply delicious! The dining space could be better as they don't have any servers. Other than that, the cashier's were really patient. Especially Aksan, he is such a wonderful young man to talk to, my grandmother though slow never felt rushed giving him the order. That's good customer service right there, keep it up!

I ordered a large half cheese and half meat lovers pizza. The portion for cheese pizza was over half the size of the pizza and only two meats (sausage and pepperoni) were on the other which was less than half of the pizza. So they didn't properly measure half of pizza and they gave me less variety of meat asked for and my receipt weirdly stated 2 each meatball, 1.5 pty., 15 slices pepperoni (also unproportional). We tasted no beef. It seemed like a double portion of sausage.These carryouts are getting over. I went to Eastern Carryout (Chinese) in same shopping center and I asked for vegetable egg foo yung with shrimp added. I received shrimp egg foo yung with maybe three pieces of vegetables.Check your orders carefully before taking home. No one hungry prefer to go back out for a return and they know this and they will argue with you and not refund you.
