She was very pleasant, upbeat and seemingly just as excited about the evening as we were. This one woman operation is efficient, professional knowledgeable and very economical. I was one of 6 guests at one of her events and at the end of the night, everyone wanted her contact info. Her prices aren't much more than going out to a restaurant and the food was fantastic. The appetizers, main course, fresh rum punch and dessert were all well received. From a server to bartender to personal chef, her story is an inspiration to all. Our menu had a Caribbean theme and was fresh, colorful and didn't weigh me down even thought I ate EVERYTHING. The only things missing were the sand, sun and tropical breeze. I would hire The Platinum Private Chef again in a heartbeat.
