I stopped here the other day because I missed my turn for the Starbucks that's in route of my job even though this one is a little out of my way and I'm happy I did and now I will come here out of my way daily they're so polite and Donnie in particular is amazing

I ordered my drink online only to walk into the store a few minutes after my order was supposed to be done only to find out it wasn't done. I waited 15 minutes after I got there and my order still wasn't ready. The barista asked me what my name was and told me she didn't see my order. She then locked us in the store, not allowing anyone else in because they were backed up. The drive thru was ridiculous, which was why I opted to go in instead. I thought I would get my drink faster,NOO I got my drink 25 minutes after It was supposed to be ready. I also asked for almond milk because I do not drink cows milk because it makes me sick only to get and my car and get on he highway to realize my drink was made with regular milk because my stomach instantly started to hurt. This starbucks is horrible. The staff is rude to the customers, and they do not pay attention to the order details, and they are extremely slow on delivering your order. I suggest going somewhere else so they don't ruin your starbucks experience.

Never got my order through mobile pick up. My ticket was the ONLY one there. It was there for TWENTY MINUTES. And then they added 5 more and did theirs first. Waited 10 minutes and I had to clock in from my 30 minute break and lost my money because no one even got started on my drink. For over 30 minutes . Worst part? 2 workers just laughing and talking in the corner behind the counter not doing anything. Lost my money.

They used to be super fast and I always had my order in time but now my order is NEVER. ready. I watched a lady walk around instead of making drinks in her section for 10 minutes. I pre made my order and it was 2 simple juice drinks. So why it took over 20 minutes i have no idea.

this starbucks in clinton maryland needs help. staffing to make the orders is very slow and the sitting area needs to be less too many folks just lounging and very loud. make a pickup and go area. someone of hiarchi needs to inspect this store. redesign.
