I got a 6 in Italian & herb veggie sandwich. I took one bite and threw it up. Bread was FLAVORLESS and STALE?? A waste of money. DON'T GO!!

I just left this Subway. Whatever happened to providing service with a smile instead of with an attitude? I was the only customer left at one point after the the one staff guy behind the counter had just finished with the customer in front of me. Once that customer left, this guy took his sweet time serving me. He said something in my general direction which I did not hear and when I asked him to repeat it, he ignored me. Then when he finally served me my sandwich and provided me a cup to get my soda from thr soda fountain.There was a leak in the cup he gave me for the soda fountain so I asked for a different cup from him, He was dismissive with me, waving me off. I'm like what the heck? A woman staffer came out of the backroom and I asked her for another cup after I explained the circumstances, which she gave me with a frown on her face. While she was providing me the cup, the dismissive guy blathered something my way with an attitude and when I asked what did he say, the woman told me it's ok and gave me the cup. I'm like sir, are you thinking Im trying to steal some soda, when you can clearly see I currently have no soda cup on me. I have been to many Subway locations, and this is the firat time I've been to one where the staff demeanors were unfriendly and unpleasant. I will NEVER come to this location again.

Subway Restaurant Online ReviewI stopped at this location to order a footlong, presented my coupon when time to pay and employee would not honor it. I explained that I use the same coupon at other area locations without issues all the time. After a long period of grumbling, he permitted me to use coupon but would not let me use my app to scan to earn points. I finally told him that I would take my business elsewhere and politely asked for my coupon back, which he refused to do and started to call me every curse word imaginable…in front of other customers! I told him I planned to contact corporate and left for my car, where I saw that he had charged my credit card for the sandwich that he had refused to give to me.I re-entered the store and showed him my bank account where it indicated he charged me for the food. I demanded either the sandwich or my money back, and he refused to do either of these. I then called the police, as he not only stole my money and/or food at this point, but I felt harassed by his cursing at me and unprofessional behavior in front of other customers.While waiting for police to arrive, another employee (presumably the manager) arrived and I asked to speak with him after he spoke with the employee about the situation. I told him what happened and that police had been called. Not wanting to involve police, he pulled the sandwich that had been THROWN IN THE TRASHCAN and presented it to me. I responded that I was not eating a sandwich that had been sitting in the garbage. Several times he tried to give me this sandwich (which I had already paid for, by the way), and each time I refused to take an item from the garbage can. In the end, he remade the sandwich and I cancelled my request for police assistance.I am disgusted, not only by the behavior of the employee who treated me so badly initially, but also by the response of management to offer someone food from the garbage can. This can be a health violation and cause someone to become sick. It makes me wonder what they do when customers aren’t looking, if they are willing to do these actions with them watching.I have emailed corporate TWICE about this and they will not contact me back to do anything about the situation. If you call the phone number, you receive an automated message directing you to go to the website to write to them, which I’ve already done without result. Please DO NOT patronize this location, as you may be eating unhealthy products. I’ve included a photo of the employee who cursed me out in front of other customers.

This Subway is horrible, they treat their customers like dirt. I would not patronize this subway. They are even nasty and mean to our senior citizens. Please choose another subway.

I ordered online food and I recieved different one, I ordered for 1 sandwich along with lemon ice tea, they send I sandwich along with Miranda and that would be of room temperature and sandwich was pathetic in taste, I want my money back

Visited this establishment today, March 31, 2023. Had a coupon for 2 foot long subs for $12.99. Ordered a steak and cheese and also a Cali Club which comes with bacon. Was charged $1.99 extra for both sandwiches for added bacon and extra cheese for the steak and cheese. The total was jacked up to $17.99. Clear bate and switch. We checked the receipt and the Cali club wasn't listed. They put Ham and cheese sub instead then charge me extra for bacon! Will not be returning.

The two Indian men behind the counter are very rude and had an attitude every time I ask for a little bit of onions. They tried to charge me to use two different types of cheeses. I will never come back here. They come to our communities and act weird

Order a breakfast sandwich and the will cut you egg in half. Other subways give customers 2 eggs for a six inch and 4 on a foot long. It’s a shame when business cheats their customers to make $$$. Stay away from this location!!!!! Went to another subway location and was given the proper amount of food. Don’t patronize this store when they are cheating the customers….You!!
