I’ll start by saying I usually always have a good experience at this location however, I just left the drive thru and had a great experience with Alexus B. She was very kind and patient with my large order from start to finish and everything was correct.

Would give this place 0 stars if I could. Allowed me to place a mobile order, and closed their store for business. Then later said my order was picked up, charged me $12 just to not get my food. First time I went here, the service was absolutely horrible and rude.

For some reason when I come to this Taco Bell the food is always better! I don't know why, but it is. The one in Largo Maryland is a hit or miss. We got a Chalupa cravings box and a Mexican pizza. Both were good. The customer service was very good. He was very sweet and let us take our time to order. We didn't go in so I can not speak for the inside, but it looked well maintained from the outside.Parking: Plenty of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible

I ask for the fries with no seasoning on them the guy tell me they come like that I told him I got them a couple of days ago without seasoning then he tell me that it will be 5 mins for them not happy won't come

This by far is not the best Taco Bell but it’s close to me. 1:43am (Saturday) and they are not open when they close at 2am. This is the time advertised on Taco Bell’s app and website for Friday and Saturday. I waited at the box ignored. Just to pull up to the window to see them laughing and walk away. I then look at the sign once you get to the window that says 1am or later, given them the excuse to close when they want. You drive up there wasting gas just for the times to be different when you pull up to the store. It’s no point of advertising open late when you won’t stay open to the advertised time. The closing time is not the time everyone is suppose to walk out the door. SMH. There’re already a horrible Taco Bell but after wasting the time and gas… close or not, I won’t be supporting this Taco Bell again.

I wish I could give 0 stars. THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE EVER. I AM ABOUT TO CALL CORPORATE. THIS IS MY 3rd COMPLAINT THIS MONTH. 3/5 times i go to this location i receive incorrect items or am missing parts of my meal. When you call to complain and ask for the manager they cant give you an answer and try to change the subject or i get hung up on. Half the time the employees aren't paying attention and are rude. BEYOND FRUSTRATED.
