I order food at this wingstop from the app at 936 pm. Came to pick up my food. The young lady was nice about looking for my food. Asked her was everything in the bag. She said yes. Got my drinks. Left and went home. My wife went thru the bag and she said. There’s only one 10 pc in the bag. I was heated. But I’m not about to call nor drive back to this wingstop. This is the second time that my order was messed up.

They discriminate against people with disabilities and mental disorders like Bipolar disorder. Ever since then, I have boycotted them. Will never eat here ever again. Telling someone you're not gonna allow them to work just because they are Bipolar and take meds is discrimination and is like asking for someone to bring in a lawsuit. Wouldn't be surprised if somebody sued already. No apology was given at all very rude service. I hope they go out of business.

My first time here I came for my 12 year old daughter that has been asking to try wingstop for 9 months lol so today I decided to get her some lemon flavor ones she gave me one of her 10 wings and I was very impressed. I will be back for my 10 of my own real soon..

Be prepared to wait. I was told 15-20 minutes of waiting for my wings and fries. Turned into 30-40 minutes for the to go order.

Food was just ok. Customer service is deplorable. Staff needs to be overhauled ! They don't even care to acknowledge you when you come in to order food. They act like you're bothering them.

Do not go to this location! I called to place an order at 10:30pm. No one answered so I ordered online. I went to pick up my order which was eight wings with a dry rub. When I opened the carton it was full of oil. This is completely unacceptable and I will never go to this location again.

Terrible service !! The guy in dreads was the only one in the kitchen cooking and NEVER even acknowledged my presence when I was only picking up a online order. He finally came over after standing at the counter for 7 minutes ! His co worker walked in during that time and she reeked of weed ! She smelled like she just had two blunts for her lunch break ! If you even want some half decent service at WingStop, don't come to this one here in Clinton !

Ordered traditional lemon pepper and garlic parm wings for my cheat day, I received all drummets even though that’s not what I requested thinking they’d be mixed since that’s normally how it’s done (maybe it’s changed since I last ordered wings). Neither had flavor! My fries were cold, and I noticed that leaving the store, however there were only 2 people initially and a 3rd showed up later so I didn’t want to make a big fuss. Figured I’d just put them in the oven when I got home. Food was a no for me, Cashier was nice though!

Decided to try this Wingstop out I walked in the store, and there were only three workers. The staff did not acknowledge and failed to greet me. One guy with long dreads brown skin was cooking and dancing with his iPods . A girl was just standing there, not doing anything, and there was another guy with a mop in his hand. I waited for 10 minutes, out of frustration I attempted to get their attention. I asked the youngLady can she help me she responded he can help you. this is by far one of the disgusting interactions I’ve had at Wingstop. Management!!! Please be careful when you select these people to represent and be the face of a very popular franchise. This store gets a F for failure to train staff on customer service.

Tried calling before I came in phone rang for 5 mins. Came in conversations were being had between friends ( workers and "customers"). Cashier came up to take my order- energy was I rather be somewhere else. Don't know if he was taking my order. Ended up leaving without ordering. Will spend my money somewhere else. Will take the drive to go to a different location.

Worst customer service experience ever! My boyfriend and I walked out and decided to eat somewhere else. The two gentlemen had on earbuds, were rude, inattentive, and extremely unprofessional. We actually felt like we were bothering them!Took notice of the general manager’s name on the door - Antonette Whitaker.Absolute worst customer service experience, would love to hear from the manager.

Tonight was the last straw. Waldorf location was offline so we had to go to this location. Fries were cold, sodas had no carbonation, and staff sat on phones texting while one older gentleman fixed orders. Young guy was too bothered by nothing to assist a room full of customers as he silently called names for orders. Geesh just say you want us not to patronize the place. That’ll be much politer.
