Me and my Fiancé decided to try this place out something besides Qdoba and other burrito place. Prices are a little high, Queso not that great. The burritos are not cooked warm before stuffing it and cheese doesn't melt. They charge to put Queso on A burrito

Typically, I refrain from writing reviews, but I feel compelled to share a positive experience I recently had with the manager of this establishment. Last week, my coworkers and I had placed a large order during their peak lunch hour and they had missed an item on our order. I wanted to make the manager aware of it since I was already in store to buy a quick burrito, the young lady manager/owner took her time to listen to my concern despite having a long line and replaced the missing item from last week and she took care of my order for that day. She went above and beyond to assist me and I really appreciate that.

GREAT FOOD, numerous options that are all customizable making is a great spot for anyone with dietary restrictions. Staff was incredibly kind and service was very quick. Great place for a quick lunch or dinner or to meet up with friends.

Bubbakoo's excels in all areas—excellent customer service, amazing food with plenty of choices (must try the Nashville Burrito), and a clean and welcoming atmosphere (they were coincidentally playing my favorite radio station lol).It's no wonder they've earned a 5-star rating from me! Will be back and bring more friends the next time.

The guys were awesome! My first time was a great experience even though I ordered takeout. Everything on the menu looks incredible and full of flavor! Chipotle and Qdoba ain’t got nothing on Bubbakoo’s and the gang!

We’ve never been here before and never heard of it but when we heard Nashville hot we had to try. Ordered a ton of food in different varieties for take out.Mom does not like spice - the ground beef burrito was great! She loved it and loved the taste.I’m middle of the road spice. The buffalo chicken quesadilla was perfect. Great tasting with slight spice, flavorful, and that little vinegar kick. I also got nachos with crispy chicken - and great taste. Crispy chips even after the drive home. Way too much food I’ll have leftovers! Really really good.Lastly, we’ve been to Tennessee and loved the Nashville hot from several places there. This is the closest we have come to here and it was great. A little too spicy for me but my brother loves spice and said it got his approval. He also got the ghost pepper burrito. Commented on how good it was, good amount of chicken included and definitely spicy but flavorful.Service was great and fast, food warm and right, taste was great. It’s worth the 30 minute drive.

Meh, Besides the fact that my burrito was ice cold, the flavor was very mid at best. I got the "boom Shaka laka" burrito. The taste was just... odd... not good... but odd. They made sure to fill it with rice and leave out most of the meat as well. Felt like I was eating a brown rice sandwich. Tried the egg roles.... was not impressed. But I did like the sauce it came with. The chips and queso... not all that great. The place was clean, and I like the overall theme and style of the restaurant. But I don't see a reason to eat here again.

I was so excited to try this place. Got 2 papi hibachi burritos, 2 bottled sodas, and a small curly fries. The total was $45 dollars. The price wouldn't be a problem if I felt like I got $45 worth of food. Burrito portion was so small. Barely any steak and the shrimp was rubbery and bland. Proteins were hot but the other ingredients in the burrito even the rice were cold. I wanted to like this place so much but I'm definitely not returning

Absolutely love Bubbakoo's! Plenty of variety, atmosphere is awesome, I almost forgot to keep eating while I was watching the TV and art work ? I honestly have to say Bubbakoo's is better than Chipotle! I will definitely continue to come here
