I wish I could give negative reviews, I guess it's good for keeping slow people employed off the short bus waited 10 minutes in drive thru no one would answer so I went Inside and waited with a empty lobby for 15 minutes because the guy made my cheeseburger fry's and kept forgetting my two chicken wraps there was 8 employees in here at a 4 pm on a Saturday afternoon. Establishment should be shut down people do not deserve there jobs and should be homeless on the street

Staff was friendly, but it took a long time to get the food. Unfortunately, my grandsons nuggets looked old and like they threw them back in the fry to warm them up. My whopper jr wirh cheeses wrapper was soaked in grease. When i opened it, the bread looked old, and it was mushy on the bottom from the grease on the wrapper. The onion rings and fries were all we ate cus they were fresh and right out the fryer.

I know that fast food is cheap and easy so not always perfect but this is literally the most ridiculous business I’ve ever encountered and has been this way for years now. I don’t know how they stay open. The service is always INCREDIBLY slow and the food is ALWAYS messed up. Such a shame because Burger King is my favorite and it would be nice to go here and just get what is expected from a normal, functioning fast food place.

The worst burger king I've been to. Ordered a whopper meal with no onion or tomato, add cheese. Swapped the coke for an Oreo shake. Ordered an impossible whopper with cheese.The whopper meal was... Sad. The burger was swimming in mayo, had onion, no cheese, and the bread was stale. The party was only kind of warm. The Oreo shake was filled 2/3rds, and I had to ask the man at the window to remix it. He said he did mix it, but it wouldn't go anymore. He tried anyway and it came back to me mixed. The fries were hard and cold.The impossible whopper was real meat. Went back through the drive thru and asked for a new one. The new sandwich was great. Piping hot and loaded with toppings.Won't be returning to this BK.Vegetarian options: Double check before you eat. They mess up half the time.

This Burger King (Hunt Valley location) should be shut down permanently. I work across the street and have went here on occasion. EVERY time I go, they either get my order wrong, give me the wrong items or I have to wait in the drive through line for a ridiciously long time. The employees there don't care about customer service or the customers, they have been heard carrying on and cussing once I have finally gotten to the window. Got news for you, they do not rule!! I actually used to manage a Burger King decades ago, and this one has to be the worse one I have ever encountered. Never again!!
