Love the food and the service at Café Spice. My husband especially loves the lunch buffet which has lots of options. The food is wonderful - we love the Mulligatawny soup, garlic naan, vegetable pakora, chicken Malai kebab. Everything we have had is incredible.

Arguably the greatest local Indian joint in all of Baltimore county/city. Don't judge a book by its cover when it comes to this spot. Despite looking trashy on the outside due to the neighboring post office next door, the same post office that had the scandal with the manager using tubular boxes as masterbation tools and later found to be the 7th biggest heroine mule in all of the Baltimore metropolitan area, Cafe Spice brings it's own local flare and international delicacy. The upside-down umbrellas hanging from the ceiling really bring out the cultural identity and make you feel exactly like that poor little Indian boy in Slumdog Millionaire (Spoiler alert- he goes from the slums to being a millionaire!) While their Tiki masala is pure class, I encourage you to expand that bland European palate and try some elephant tusk or zebra dick, both of which are to die for. When your finished with that delicious dinner, why don't you head on down to Dunkin Donuts across the street for a late desert and meet some more local "cafe spicers"!

Funny...I know that I have been here many times over the years, enjoying lunches, brunches, and dinners. I find it hard to believe that I have not left a review. OK here goes: stopped in on a Tuesday around 11 AM for their brunch since we were just across the street a Captin Trey's ordering crabs for the weekend. Cafe Spice quickly filled up with brunchers. There were about a dozen items on the buffet table, I can say first hand all were delicious...the chicken tikka masala was outstanding. The rice dessert was a perfect way to end the meal. It was good to be back after a long absence. It has a buffet every day and is closed all day on Sundays.

LOVE the food, the atmosphere and the owners! We have been eating here for years, even since they were in Towson. Seriously the best Indian food in Baltimore!

Great food and atmosphere. I walked in and was greeted and seated promptly. The food for the buffet was cooked perfectly and I tried everything laid out. The price for the buffet was reasonable and the food tasted great. I'll definitely stop back in.

Hands down the best Indian in the area. The only Indian my wife will eat. Owners have become dear friends. Service and food are consistently the highest quality.

I was seated at 5:45 on a Saturday evening. Both the food and the service were impeccable. The atmosphere and the wall art were lovely. If I lived closer, I am sure that I would dine here much more often.

Buffet is always super fun's & delish! Very fast H2O refills and friendly service. My hidden gem to sneak off to for respite under a ceiling of umbrellas!

We had been wanting to try Cafe Spice for a long time and finally made it tonight. We had a great experience. We went with a crew of 9 including some rambunctious kiddos and the owner and staff were warm, welcoming, and didn't seem to mind the occasional shrieks, impressive mess, or even the broken glass. In fact, the owner was kind, patient and helpful the entire time. She made some great recommendations and helped serve the meal. Important note, this place is BYOB, and they don't serve any alcohol, so if you want some, bring it yourself. The food was very good from start to finish. The mango lassis were delicious and kept the kids happy while we waited for appetizers. We had the veggie samosas and pakoras. The somasas were really good, a step up from the usual with just the right mix of flavors inside and a perfectly crunchy shell. The pakoras were like little veggie crisp balls and were very good too. For main dishes we had the shrimp malabari, the lamb mughlai, shrimp tandori and chicken tikka masala and the kids had chicken tikka masala and veggie fried rice. And of course we all had lots of garlic naan. The garlic naan was really fabulous, not your typical flat naan it was puffy and light with fresh garlic sizzling on top. So delicious. The curries were all really good, distinct and savory. I was spooning the sauces directly into my mouth by the end. And the tandori shrimp came out sizzling and filled the whole table with that wonderful smell. It all came with more rice than we could possibly eat. We really enjoyed our meal and will be back for sure!

It's always a wonderful experience the atmosphere is this Pleasant as the food is spicy. I'm a big fan of the Tandoori dishes had the shrimp this time other times a chicken. Very well spiced. I always get a side of basmati rice. Portions are surprisingly large. We love our wine so is it BYOB and a very reasonable corkage fee. By and large it was good to be back after a long break glad to see they weathered the covid storm well and survived. A vast menu gives you plenty of selection.

Extremely mediocre place! Terrible quality nan they don't care if the trays are empty won't refill in timely manner. The lady watches while you eating and seems like she's assessing how much you eat ‍ they don't even have fruits which is very common in Indian buffets!

Amazing service, delicious food, great prices. This place is a favorite, a little gem in the heart of cockeysville. I couldn't recommend it more!

This is absolutely the best Indian restaurant in the area! The food is delicious and consistently wonderful. We were introduced to it by friends who have traveled extensively, and they love it too. You can tell that the family who owns it knows a great deal about Indian cuisine and is always wonderful to every guest. We're so glad they are here in the Lutherville/Cockeysville neighborhoods.

Love this place! I have been going to Cafe Spice since it opened. I generally go at lunch to get the buffet which is loaded with wonderful Indian choices, always fresh and delicious. They always have Tiki Marsala and Tandori chicken and vegetarian options or if you prefer you can order from the menu. Nice ambiance and the beautiful umbrellas on the ceiling is a nice touch. The owner is always there to greet you. Love this place!
