How is it possible that a brand new location has started off so disastrously? I'll echo everything the other 1-star reviews have said. Just go to Hunt Valley (barely better) or Lutherville (acceptable)

The employee making my food was very nice and pleasant. I had a free entree code on the app and it wasn't working, so the two individuals working the register were very rude, rolling their eyes at me and telling me it was my fault for not telling them that I had the coupon earlier in the checkout process. They continue to sigh and roll their eyes as they checked me out and had an overall very poor attitude.

New, kinda small on the inside and kinda tight on parking BUT, staff is dope af and the food is great! Still, Chipotle prices are a little high, but... it'll fill you up twice if you're smart.

Worst experience ever….went to pick up my order through pick up lane had to wait for a while. When I went home I saw that they messed up my order by giving me white rice instead of brown and almost little to no chicken. They were very rude when my dad went back, especially the manager, Takia. When they finally made a new bowl. The manager told the employees to give him less portions. I have been going to chipotle ever since I can remember and I was excited for trying the recently opened chipotle near my home but I am immensely disappointed. They made me and my dad feel cheap. Will be never returning there.

Went in here for the 1st time to grab me and my daughter some lunch. I wanted to sit at a table with her and all the tables were disgustingly dirty so we left. It was slow, no one in line, the employees were just standing around, no one really talked or said hi when we entered. Definitely not coming back to this one lol

I was here today and I tried the new chipotlane. I must say this place is a 10/10. Service was great! And the food came out really good. Order was not messed up. It came out perfectly!! And the atmosphere is great!! I highly recommend

Service here was terrible, it's a brand new location and I went with my child for free burrito day and after making me buy everything, they said it needed to be purchased on the app, although everyone loves the food at Chipotle, the service was so terrible, it ruined my experience. Be ready for extremely rude staff who is not trying to help you at this location.
Incredible new location. REALLY clean. The other chipotles in the area pale in comparison to this new one. 10/10 would definitely go again.

The new drive-thru Chipotle is now open! I was able to try it out for the first time and I was impressed. There is limited parking around the building and even more limited seating inside, but they do have a drive-thru and outdoor seating for when the weather gets nicer. Everyone was in training so there were "lots of cooks in the kitchen" when I was there. As with the rest of the economy, inflation is real and it's at Chipotle. I ordered the chicken tacos and they were $9.25, a chips and guac was $4.55, a Carnitas bowl was $9.90 and sodas were $2.95 each. I love how they get you with that 5 cent or 10 cent difference so your brain isn't rounding up and screaming. The food was fresh and consistent, as all Chipotles are. The employees were very friendly and personable. My only issue was the cell phones in the back pockets or actual hands of the employees while they were in the kitchen prep area. Phones are disgustingly full of germs so I didn't like seeing them easily accessible and some actually being used by employees while they were around the food. I'll definitely start going to this Chipotle location, as it's right on the corner on York Road and it's all fresh and new! Que bueno!
