This place has chronic issues and needs improvement. On a Sunday night I called 7x at 8:20pm to place an order and no one would answer the phone even though I know they close at 9pm, and I live 10 min away. Furthermore, and the past 3x (at least) when I ordered, something was always missing -you need to look in your bag before you leave to make sure you got what you ordered, just like you’re going through the drive through. I shouldn’t have to do this!

Three of us shared a large 3-meat pizza and smoked wings. Both delicious! Loved the thin crust and spicy marinara sauce and the wings with fried onions were meat and tasty. Definitely going back!

The new management is outsiding and really increasing elevating customer expectations. They go out of their way to make experiences rememberable. At the bar, ask the Sean or Jackie. They are two great people you could hope to meet. Coal Fire, Hunt Valley, is the coolest place for weekends (ask about the reverse happy hoor) and REALLY good pizza.

Pizza is not good-it is cooked inconsistently-last week the pizza was burnt-the bottom of the crust was “BLACK” completely burnt! How can a cook send out a pizza to a costumer that is completely inedible. Last night it was undercooked to the point that the dough seemed raw. I have talked to the staff and they are frustrated that the cooks aren’t trained well. Unfortunately after 5+ years of enjoying this restaurant I can no longer support this restaurant.

Liked the food overall. Staff was very friendly.Wings were made , but they fixed it immediately on ask.
My mom and dad are going to be eating dinner and Keira is going to be eating dinner and I have to go bring my school ? and r we can do ☺️☺️☺️ and Keira and Keira and then go up there and Keira and Keira will be able the dinner ?️ and then go up to the park ?️?️?️ and Keira is eating tonight at least to be eating tonight ty so I can go over

The pizza is good. We ordered delivery so the pizza loses a bit of the crisp. The crust remained crispy. I ordered the margarita pizza and a ricotta infused pizza. Both tasted great. One of the pieces of the ricotta pizza was overly charred but the rest were appropriately charred. I would definitely order again and would like to dibe in next time to see the pizza at its finest.The coal fire wings taste great being covered in onions. The texture is a slightly tough exterior with a tender interior.

I went on lunch break and it was a cool chill spot…I ordered non spicy pizza saucy however my sauce was definitely spicy ?️!! The pizza was good ? and the wings were great! Just please ?? deflect the right pizza sauce as I can’t handle spicy

Food always good, calamari used to be way better there but still very good.Waitress disappeared for a while when it was time to check out.. a little annoying waiting for 20 minutes for her to show back up.
