I'd have to say this place has gotten a little better with the use of the app, so you can just grab and go, but if you have to order with an actual person, you never know what your gonna get.
Just went in to get a donut and met the nicest employee of all time. Her name was Kimberly, and her service was awesome. Made three milkshakes in about 5 minutes, and was super duper nice and started up a convo. Would love to see more employees like this!!

Asked for steam almond milk in coffee. Was informed by manager, No it takes too long . Wow …. Then got nasty and said , I will make it , but it will cost more! I didn’t mine the cost, I did mine the lack of respect for customer service . Even though the cost of the coffee was $2.36, the principle is stop treating customers disrespectful.
