Panera Bread is one of my favorite restaurants. I’ve lived in 4 different states and it’s always been one of my go-to places. However, I was very disappointed with the food and service I received at this location on October 28, 2023. I ordered a chai tea latte and chipotle chicken scrambled egg and avocado sandwich. When I received the drink, the cup felt light as if it were only foam in it. I mentioned this to the girl who made my drink and she stared at me blankly. No offer to look at it or adjust my drink. To make matters worse, when I got my sandwich I was turned off by the small knob of avocado I was given. I’m very, very disappointed!!!!!Update: management did reach out with an apology and a gift certificate

Perera understands their customer... like will all Restaurants... the prices are higher and portions smaller... But the food is good.

This was the filthiest Panera Bread I have ever been in! The lady who took our order was pleasant but past that the place was very dirty all of the tables were sticky and disgusting! The floors were filthy and the soda machine was nasty. We asked for one of the tables to be cleaned because every single one of them was sticky and not kept up with after someone was done eating. They were not even very busy and there was no excuse for somebody not to be out making sure the environment was clean and acceptable for their customers. The person that finally did come out only wasted his time cleaning a couple tables and left the rest of them a mess. Glad we were only passing through this area because we would definitely never come back here.

Competition is stiff, but the Cockeysville Panera is in the running for worst location in the GBA. I don't understand the point of accepting pre-orders and having a pick-up shelf when the orders are kept behind the counter, requiring you to wait in the line they already can't manage. I suppose they're understaffed or incompetent. Sugar and other sweeteners not stocked. Coffee area always a mess. Will go to the Timonium location going forward.
By far the WORST Panera Bread I have ever been too....and I have been to Panera all over the country. This one has failed miserably the past 3 times I been there. Their pizza was undercooked (looked and tasted nasty) and looked like it was made at Subway with minimal toppings. Tomatoes paper thin... Little to ZERO other toppings. I have felt sick since I ate there. 3x in the past 2 weeks and every time there is ZERO customer service and terrible quality food. This is the WORST place to eat in Hunt Valley. AVOID‼️

Went to pick up food on my way home. Ordered on the app and they were sold out of nearly everything. Got to the store and they hadn't prepared 2 of the 3 drinks I ordered (two green teas) and handed me the empty cups, no big deal, really, but I didn't realize until I got home, the one drink they had prepared was the wrong drink (blood orange instead of mango yuzu). Ok, maybe I should have noticed the color wasn't quite right. They gave me apples instead of the bread I ordered as sides and the sandwiches (or at least the one I ordered for myself) were thrown together and half of the ingredients were outside of the sandwich in the wrapper. I like Panera, but this one is not good.

This Panera has a lot to be desired for. My half a sandwich was a quarter of a sandwich meanwhile my husbands half was twice the size of mine. My salad - barely any dressing. My drink - no lids anywhere to be found. The bathrooms - disgusting and the floors in general looked like they haven’t been swept in a year. Spent my dinner listening to the kitchen staff holler at each other.
