Order the garlic stuffed crust pizza. Sausage pepperoni and mushrooms. They give it to me with onions on it. I take it back in to order another one and the crust on the first one was cheesy and garlicky. The second pizza had stuffed crust but the crust itself was basic. No garlic or cheese. “Better pizza, bad service, papa johns.”

food was so amazing it was perfect for a nice get away for a date night to catch up time with my hubby perfect amount of sauce and cheese and I made my self a customized pizza and my hubby had a thin crust pepperoni pizza he loved it clean restaurant there patient and let you take your time to order and gave extra jalapeno peppers just like i love nice and spicy nice employees very polite and respectful

I ordered a XL(10 slices) NY style pizza. First, I count 8 slices I called the manger (Andrey) he says since it's a "NY slice and cut bigger so it's 8 slices" I PAYED FOR 10 (shouldn't even be an option) and not only that the slices are REGULAR SLICED! knew better only NY make NY pizza. Second, my toppings slipped completely off each slice. horrible service overall. Don't tip before !

I have felt like I have had to edit my good review I have given to this store, due to the fact that it seems now every time I order, my pizza is cooked differently depending on who cooks it. Maybe they have a lot of new staff that don't follow cooking directions and preparation directions well. I hope they can eventually go back to giving great service like they have in the past.

Piece of shxt a** delivery driver ANTONIO… grown man disrespected my 6 yr old child at his minimum wage job because she was in the store. He basically verbally attacked me and my daughter. It is not the first altercation I have experienced with him nor is it the only time he has gone off on a customer or employee. Wondering why he still has a job there?!

Well, it's an average pizza place. I have been a customer for years because my son regularly asks for pizzas.Anyway, whatever you do, DO NOT order 50% off promo pizzas. They are made with their lower quality pizza dough and they are horrible.

Spouse placed a late night order online and found out after site took the payment that it wasn’t going to be delivered until the next day. He had tried to cancel the order and it would not cancel so it charged him over $30 for a medium pizza (1/2 topping-that actually looked small) which is a complete rip off (not including tip).The next day as soon as the location opened he called to try to get a refund but the manager wouldn’t allow it despite what had happened. This is just wrong on so many levels and all that this “manager” wanted was to make his profit.Therefore stay away from this location. Better yet do not order from Papa John’s because clearly they do not stand by proper customer values as demonstrated by this corrupt managerHey Papa John’s! Here’s some friendly business advice: why don’t you fix your website so if someone places an order when it’s too close to closing then it should automatically cancel/kick out the order instead of allowing what had happened to my spouse?! We did not want a pizza 11am the next day and a refund for this inconvenience would have been appreciated from that location’s manager.

In Montgomery County we had a great papa johns with great tasting pizza and wings. The Cockeysville location has done something to the taste of the pizza sauce and wings weren't the wings I remember enjoying while watching the ravens game. Also the person taking our order was having a bad day. Don't be so smug and mean when taking customer orders.
