Went to this location recently for the 3rd time. The rockfish and salmon were dry. The Brussels sprouts were undercook. In the past Pappa’s food was well prepared (not anymore). After 3 times straight of receiving food that has been poorly prepared, we will not patronize this location again. What happened to the service? Did management change? A business is only as good as its management.

Very disappointed with our foods today, the cheese burger was like a cardboard and tasteless, stuffed shrimp was salty and gross so was our cream of crab mostly filled with flour and very salty, never going back there again,we hope Justin will see our review and do something about the quality of their foods.

I come here because I love the reciprocity with the bartenders, the happy hour and because I grew up as a youngin near the original location in Parkville. I’m now living near this one and love it the same as the one I grew up near. The bartenders here are truly in a different class than 90% of bars across the country. I’m a frequent traveler ;)

Great seafood. We sat outside because it was a beautiful day. Inside looked nice and was quite well attended. Crab cake and special soft crab sandwich were delicious. The guy at the next table was having octopus which looked great. I will have that next time!Parking: Standard shopping plaza parking

Horrible location with horrible service. The racist server rarely came to our table and was attentive to every other table. We were the only Black family in the room. I was not satisfied with the response from management and will not be back.
The crabcakes and jackknive potatoes were delicious as always. I must the service was outstanding. Ryan was our server he was courteous, attentive, polite, funny, and made us feel at home. I can't say enough good things about his. Hopefully, you will share this with him, and next we come, I hope he's working and will be our server. Tell him we were his first table when he came to work on Tuesday.

First time here. Went with the family for my birthday and we will definitely be back. All the food was amazing, good portions too. Our waiter was great, very attentive and polite. If you want amazing crab stuffed shrimp or crab meat in a bowl (crab imperial) this is the place to be.
