We were seated immediately upon arrival using the call ahead feature. The food was awesome, and the Sangria Margarita is DELICIOUS!!!! The only thing I can say that was not 5 star is that we asked for more bread twice before our server brought it to the table. Otherwise, the service was great, and she was very attentive time to our needs.
For a chain, they do a good job on the steak. With all the staff you would think the service would be better.

I love Texas Roadhouse, but this is the worst one we've been to. Poor service. There weren't enough waiters for the crowd. Ordered take out for a friend. We ordered an 11 ounce sirloin, well done with onions and mushrooms. Got home to find it was maybe an 8 ounce, rare on the inside, plain. Tried to call but they were already closed. Called the next day and they said there was nothing they could do.
came in with my mother today, she wanted to order a drink for herself but was refused because she didn’t have her ID wit her . SHE’S 61 yrs old!!!!!!!’ have some common sense!!!!!

I went to Texas Roadhouse on Friday, March 22 for the first time and my experience was very uncomfortable. The atmosphere was very chill and relaxed, and we were seated in the bar area. Kimberly was our server, and I asked if it was possible for us to move to another table, to which she said yes. However, we ended up with a different server. I said okay, and she moved us to the seat that we wanted in about a minute or two.A gentleman approached from the side entrance and rudely said to us that if we wanted to move our seat, we should let them know before doing so. This caught me off guard because I didn’t expect such a response. At the same time, my boyfriend was on the phone handling some business. Kimberly, who goes by Kim, intervened and explained that we had asked to move.The gentleman was very rude and condescending. My boyfriend, who was still on the call, didn’t know what was happening. Afterward, he came to our table and asked if we wanted to place an order. In that moment, I really wanted to leave, but I refused to let someone spoil my evening. He made a remark to my boyfriend, saying, “I see you don’t take her out much,” which I found very rude and disrespectful. He tried to be funny, but I did not find anything humorous about the situation.Overall, the food was great, but the unpleasant encounter with the staff member still bothers me. I don’t remember his name because I didn’t want to know it. I was just trying to keep my cool. I mentioned to him that we asked to be moved, and if I had known it was going to be a problem, I would have said something to the hostess. It was a very unpleasant experience, but I will give Texas Roadhouse another chance in the future. I hope that management addresses this issue to ensure all customers are treated with respect and courtesy.

First time in this location for a party. Wait time is ok even though it is a busy location. Like the layout of the tables and seating arrangement. Food is better than expected, and everybody agreed. Price is fair for the kind of food. Good service, clean bathrooms, plenty of parking, conveniently located near 83 exits.

This was my first visit to this location and they did not disappoint! Nick, our server, was pleasant and attentive from beginning to end. Checked in just enough to make sure we were enjoying our experience and our meals. The food was EXCELLENT and came out right away! Kudos to the kitchen staff and Nick! I will surely return! #HappyCustomer

So the service was excellent. The bartender was very friendly (I did not get her name), and our server (Jordyn) was all smiles. We didn't have to wait long for a table, and we had TWO managers visit to see how we were doing before our food came.Unfortunately the food was only "meh" today. The rolls are legendary, of course, but I ordered the pulled pork dinner and... well... I won't do that again. My wife's steak was fine, but the pork was both dry and fatty at the same time and... not even pulled! was just a lump of some pork rope kind of meat. I shredded it myself, and the only reason it was edible was dousing it in sweet BBQ sauce which gave it SOME moisture and flavor. So... swing and miss on this one.We'll be back, but this wasn't a good choice from the menu.

It was truly not a great experience. We waited 1hour for just bread. We waited 90 minutes for food and our last meal took 2 hours. And several of the meals were cold and incorrect. Honestly one of the worst experiences I've ever had. In the future I would recommend the server with the forearm tattoos who works in the bar. He's a great server and I had him before; he was attentive efficient and respectful. I did not have that server this time.
