I ordered catering from Big Greek Cafe for my son’s baptism. The food was amazing, and my family and friends could not stop complimenting the spread. Petros and his staff were such a pleasure to work with. Fresh food and quality customer service!

there’s this one worker the day i cam in that wasn’t doing anything just sitting down and not helping the other cashier. Later i overheard them telling her to get up and work and she still won’t listen. She needs to be fired since it’s all i see her do.

New to Cockeysville, but very experienced kitchen and take out operation. All items we ordered were excellent and quality outstanding. Would compare favorably with any Greektown fare. Definitely recommended.

We loved our shrimp souvloki, authentic gyro and hercules burger. There is limited seating. Nicely seasoned, our lunches came out hot and timely. Gyros are only $6 on Wednesday. This spot competes favorably with any Greektown restaurant.

I gave this place an extra star for the $6 Gyro Wednesday. This place has everything that you want as a fast food Greek cuisine. You're not going to get the best or the classiest, but you will get very solid Greek food made very quickly. One could argue about the cost for the quality that you're getting as I think the sides are a little overpriced but you can't argue about the pricing for the entrees. For me, Yasou down the street is more authentic and is family owned and more of a neighborhood restaurant. However this is a fine edition as a fast food Greek option, especially on Wednesday.

Small little place. Food was impressively generous. JD was very kind. Sides with the pastichio were prodigious. Gyros well stuffed. Pita was delightful. Fries nice and crispy.

Incredible Greek food, especially the gyro, the spanikopita, and the Greek potatoes. Their Greek salad is chock full of veggies and feta with a delicious dressing. $6 gyro Wednesdays are the best deal in town. Basically strictly a carryout but a few small cramped tables but they're very nice and the food travels well.

Found this gem by googling Greek food in the Timonium area. Went for dinner on Saturday night with another couple . Small inside but we had no problem getting a table, most people were getting takeout. My girlfriend and I got the Big Greek Bowl with falafel. Loved it! Hubby got the gyro and shared feta fries. Girlfriend's husband got the Moussaka. Everything was fresh and delicious! Will definitely be back soon!!!

My brother told us we had to try out The Big Greek Café on a Wednesday for the $6.00 Gyro special. First of all, this is strictly a carry-out restaurant. They do have an area of counter seating and 4 two top tables, but that is it. There were 4 of us, and we were able to put 2 two top tables together so that we could eat in. My brother was right, the Gyro was huge - shaved beef and lamb served on pita bread. We all had the special. Our friends ordered a side of French fries. They were crisp and really good. We were so bad, we just dug right into the food and forgot to take pictures. The Big Greek Café is certainly worth coming to especially on Wednesday for the $6 Gyro.
