Wegmans is the best. They have an Asian bar with delicious Chinese food. You pay by weight and can eat in the dining room.

Just moved to the area. I was purchasing 1 item. Went to the self checkout lines and noticed they all had signs No Cash. Only debit or credit. Asked employee where I could check out was told had to go to full service. I was not going to charge $3. Only 2 cashiers open and both had 4 customers in line. One order was very large $250. I waited 20 minutes in line for 1 $3 item. Why is there not an express line cash or charge? I will not be shopping there in the future.

So extremely overcrowded today.. probably more than is legally allowed for capacity. And in addition there were multiple people not wearing masks. No staff was enforcing this. I felt so uncomfortable I actually left and went to the giant nearby.

I am very disappointed and felt very let down when I was there today. The gluten free section is gone. There is an isle, but it’s not marked. A lot of the gluten free products I buy were no where to be found. I noticed where the frozen gluten free products were that there was breadcrumbs all over the shelves in that freezer isle. The breadcrumbs all over those shelves can cause cross contamination issues for people like me with Celiac. It’s a serious issues that needs to be dealt with. The Jew isles need to be marked. Not getting input from people who are gluten free wasn’t fair. I really hope that the gluten free section is put back. It was almost impossible to find the gluten free products that I would usually buy. I won’t be able to shop at Wegmans anymore due to the gluten free section being done away with.

i ordered a delivery with wegmans. the order was 3 hours late, and two items they charged me for were not present. they said its instacarts problem. called instacart and they had someone who can't even speak english say i have no information on order, order number she said can't use, and basically did nothing. never order delivery from wegmans. they are cheats and liars. they act stupid like they don't know they stole my money. never shopping at wegmans again. poor customer service on wegmans and instacart, the company you hire represents you as a brand. wegmans and instacart are pathetic and have poor customer service and acquisition skills, i guess you get big and screw the little guy, it will bite you in the a** one day. wegmans! wegwimps is more like it.

Was in the area and needed to do some adulting (ie: grocery shopping for the week) so I decided to check this location out. This wegman's is accessible from 83 and is located in a nice shopping center with parking provided. They are following safety guidelines with masks required and social distancing encouraged. It was about 11am on a holiday when I went so the place a bit busy but not too packed. The interior was nice and well kept, no aisles were in disarray and it was easy to navigate and get around to get what I needed. I was able to use the express checkout and be on my merry little way. I live closer to the owings mills location but wouldn't mind visiting this location again to check out the fresh food/ hot food counters.

Everything is good it's just wish It would open a store in Hanover or Gettysburg PA! Even better yet opened a online store I have to drive 55 minutes to get to the Closest location. Not to convey in the Winter
Re: Wegman's Restaurant 2Go pickup. I decided to give the Wegman's pies another shot. I placed the order online for pickup at 2000. Debbie called with a message the pies were not quite ready and she wouldn't be there to bring the pies out when I arrived. Max from customer service brought them out at about 2010. The Wegman's team is extremely professional and polite. Any wonder why they are eating their competitors for lunch? I ordered two specialty pies: Meat Lovers and Buffalo Chicken. $18.00 each. In a nutshell: the pies are outstanding and a big hit with the fam. Top shelf ingredients and baked perfectly! Thanks, Wegman's!!!!

Nobody gives this pizza enough credit and it is GREAT! You can build your own pizza or have a specialty. The pizzas are made FRESH, and you can order ahead of time or in person. The pizza is never frozen and the employees are so nice. They watched our cart when I had to run outside (forgot my wallet in the car), and when the pizza had a large bubble he deemed too big and taking up too much pizza he went ahead and made us a replacement pizza!

And the dining area is closed. Can't even sit for 5 to have a slice of pizza. This is just silliness. Zero science to back this up. But hey is it possible that the less staff that is working could mean more income for these businesses?

Oh man, do not come here at NOON the day before Christmas like I did to pick up meals for the next day. The parking lot was wall-to-wall and inside the store was super crowded-- I had a COVID panic attack at the sight of too many people but managed to navigate to the Catering section of the store. I eventually found the right register and/or people to help me. They had my meals ready and the apple pie for dessert as well. While waiting in line, I had to give the hairy eyeball to some lady who was 3-feet away, definitely NOT 6-feet. She muttered an apology and backed up. Anyway, the meals were very reasonably priced ($14 per meal?) and included turkey, gravy, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, and stuffing. It was all really delicious. I had cooked at Thanksgiving and just wasn't ready to do it again-- this was a good alternative. Thanks, Wegman's of Cockeysville, Maryland, I will be back!
