Don’t go here, the staff are rude! I got a double espresso and she put it in a little cup that is difficult to transport. I asked if she could put it in a larger cup so it wouldn’t spill everywhere. She said no. This is a simple thing that Starbucks will do (I didn’t want extra coffee). Now half of it has spilled in my car trying to get it to another person. I will not be going back.

I ordered Door Dash and received an incorrect order. I telephoned the location before involving DoorDash to see if I received a wrong order or if the incompetent employees couldn't read.They can't read!When asked what can be done about this, the reply from the snotty b---h was, "You got food, right?""Yes," I replied. "I received the WRONG food. This is not what I ordered.""Well," Miss Thing said, "That's not MY problem."DoorDash listened to the conversation. They were not pleased. Ms Thing may need to find another job.

Ordered a large "Iced Latte Caramello", inside the cup the bottom is covered filled with black specks. I'm assuming/hoping it's just espresso, but as a previous Barista that much and that often shouldn't be happening. I always try to visit 3-4 times before leaving a negative review, because I understand things happen. But this has been every time over a year of visits, there's a lot of black specks at the bottom. Either too much espresso is being added and it overflows, there's an issue with the straining method, or the machine needs to be cleaned.

Really good iced caramello and breakfast sandwich! It was a little empty, and there's no in-store wifi, but overall really solid experience and delicious food. Definitely worth checking out if you like coffee!
