Nowhere to park at this location. Almost got a tickets just getting some donuts nuggets. She was about to write tickets after I paid meter. Never going back. College Park MD, should not be allowing there residents to pay meter on weekends.

After you place an order at the kiosk, no one is at the counter. Spent 30 minutes here. Didn’t even have the items listed in the kiosk and did not give a refund since the manager was not available. I have never experienced something so silly.

Traditional landmark American cafe with coffee, breakfast sandwiches, pastries, and of course their donuts! Dunkin has been around for decades and they're successful for a reason. Their breakfast sandwiches are quite good for on-the-go good. My fav donuts are the maple, blueberry, and their cinnamon rolls

This place is nice bc it’s never crowded when I go. But maybe it’s never crowded for a reason? Make sure you order like 3 hours before they close bc apparently they start closing at least an hour before they are scheduled to close. Ordered at 7:10ish PM online and they couldn’t make my order and I had to get refunded bc they couldn’t make hash browns or a matcha latte that late.

Horrible, stay away. Service was unfriendly and unhelpful, good was gross, staff barely spoke English and prices were much higher than other Dunkin's. It was a mistake getting breakfast here.

They told us they weren't serving food anymore when it was literally noon?? They only filled my coolada half way and charged me 3 times for my order that they wouldn't even fulfill

I used the kiosk and it messed up my drink order. Then I didn’t receive the right food but didn’t know until I got home.

The workers work very hard here and do the best they can. They are very professional with a lot of rude customers. This place is a small kiosk located within an apartment complex; it's a lot smaller than most Dunkins. This is not the place to make large orders, nor is it a good idea to go there on lunch break. There is a large volume of orders since it is in a place with a lot of students, as well as the popular Bagel Place across the street which unfortunately closed down last year. At 9am-1pm seems to be the busiest; you'll be waiting a while for your food, but they do manage to get everything done as fast as they can.

Disgusted with the treatment of this place. Very poor management. Walked to this store which is in proximity to my newly purchased home for breakfast and Manager Charmaine tells me that she is not serving any food that I can only buy donuts or coffee. I ask why am I not able to get food as I only wanted a sandwich and she says with a attitude that she has all these online orders. I asked her how is that fair to me as a patron who walked to the establishment and she began to roll her eyes. I couldn't believe that she would be so unprofessional as to have a attitude with a customer who has a valid concern. I then said to her that I can understand if you would have told me there may be a longer wait for food as there in an increase in orders but to tell me that you will not be serving a breakfast sandwich that I have to get either coffee or donuts is absolutely not appropriate. She then after all of that said that she would (begrudgingly and sucking her teeth) make me a sandwich and then I said no I do not want you to make me a sandwich. Don't even worry about it. Another young girl that was working with her decided to come up and start to say she's going to have a nice day and get all smart with me (the customer) who will no longer support this business. This is a establishment that I recently started supporting almost daily and sadly I have not felt more disrespected and I do feel that this establishment is definitely racist and prejudice based on the way that I was treated as a customer. They would not have spoken to another customer in the tone that they chose to spoke to me. The owners need to take a closer look at how their store is being run and what is actually happening here as there are serious issues that will need to be addressed. The other young lady (without the hijab) was disrespectful and rude so much that the manager had to turn to her and ask her to stop. All because the perception of me being visibly upset and asking questions as a black woman made it ok for her to get disrespectful and roll her eyes. I don't understand how this behavior is professional nor ok. The Franchise owner needs to take a serious hands on approach to turning this location around or there will not be a location soon. I have combed through these reviews and it's apparent that the complaints have not been handled appropriately. Poor management starts from the head down.
