Disappointed Customer Experience at Kung Fu Tea I had the misfortune of visiting Kung Fu Tea Today, April 24 2024, and I must say, it was a complete letdown. Upon entering the establishment at 8:30 PM, a mere half an hour before their listed closing time of 9:00 PM, I was met with nothing short of disdain from the employee behind the counter. His sour expression and dismissive demeanor were immediately off-putting. Instead of greeting me with a smile or even a simple acknowledgment, he seemed irritated by my presence. To add, I overheard him whispering to his colleague, saying "look at the time" as if my arrival inconvenienced them greatly. It was very unprofessional and downright rude. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect, regardless of the time although it was plenty of time before they were closing.

Malted black milk tea tastes just like regular black milk tea. The service girl was on the phone talking loudly the entire time. It would have been fine if the drink had been made well, but it took her very long and the drink isn’t well made. Please re-train your staff.

The service is super dirty the long hair guy is super annoying he looks like he used drugs i try to get smoothies for my family I’m paying the order online but when I see the guy acting’s I leave without my smoothies I never came back i I don’t know how to get my refund i hope this review helps to change this type of person he looks like he never take a shower

I've had Kung Fu Tea at other locations with zero problems and usually love my drink, but this location sucks. I ordered a slush and my sister a taro milk tea. Mine was watery and my sister's tasted off. The worst part, I got food poisoning from it Do yourself a favor and skip this location at all costs.

I called to ask if they are able to substitute Almond Milk in any of their drinks as I have an allergy, and the app didn’t show an option. The woman who answered hung up on me after I asked twice. I called back and informed the next person who picked up that I had been rudely hung up on. They offered no apology nor acknowledgment. I order Kung Fu Tea often but never from this location. Extremely disappointing.
Ordered a oreo slush with bubbles, they added the grape popping bubbles instead of the brown sugar tapioca bubbles.

I don't usually come to this location since I'm closer to the Gambrills location but I was in the area so I decided to give this one a shot. I wish I hadn't smh. I walked in with nobody there and waited for my order - a passion fruit swirl slush- a drink I've ordered over a dozen times before. When they called my order I looked and immediately noticed the blue milk cap was absent. I asked where it was and showed a picture of what it looked like (mind u they also have said pic) and was told "oh! That's extra! [...]It cost extra! You have to choose it". I have NEVER had to CHOOSE it on the app...you can't....because it comes WITH the drink and it states it on the description smh I promptly said no I wasn't paying extra and walked out.....yeah never going back.

I went with my siblings to get coca cream bobaIt was just milk and no toppings that it includes and charged full price I am very upset because 6 dollar boba cup to just be straight up milk I could literally get a 2 full milk gallons for that price if all I wanted to taste milk..It was not busy just us I’m the store so I don’t know why they rushed our orderVery disappointed.

My God, I could live here, the employees are incredible, the music is incredible and their new lighting system catches my attention too much OMG! It smells good and is always clean, in addition the new manager does a great job with his employees, he is a great person and will help you find the perfect drink for you.
