Extremely unprofessional and they keep the option to place orders up until 5pm even though as per the workers they close at 4pm, A waste of time and money

The portions keep getting smaller and smaller

I ordered the chicken egg rolls, and the lo mein with Beijing beef and orange chicken. The chicken egg rolls were soggy and cold. The portion size for the plate I ordered was so small it couldn't feed my 2 year old nephew. Also, very dry lo mein.

When visiting Panda Express in the heart of College Park, Maryland, on Baltimore Avenue, it is best to avoid the culinary temperament of Courage the Cowardly Dog, the Pepto-Bismol-colored pooch terrified by everything ranging from menacing shadows to legitimate phantasmagorical threats. Whether your taste buds gravitate towards their recently unveiled Wok Seared Steak & Shrimp, devoid of grisly gristle, or you yearn for the classics (Honey Walnut Shrimp, SweetFire Chicken Breast, or Teriyaki Chicken), the fast-casual Panda Express has you covered. Although the service sometimes depends on the length of the line, the presence of a bowl or, better yet, a "bigger plate" with three entrees along with fried rice, steamed white rice, or chow mein, will always whet your appetite.

I ordered on the app, when I entered the restaurant my order was not ready. I got two plates both with half veggies and rice/chow mein. I noticed there wasn't enough veggies on one of the plate. I brought this up to the worker and she told me it was there. I legit said where? Because it was VERY clear my other plate had a lot more veggies. I'm paying for this food and I should be receiving what I am paying for. It was my mother's birthday and I'm bringing back little to no veggies? Service sucks. The workers were extremely rude and were talking about me while I was standing to the side waiting. I'm right here and you're gossiping about me to the other worker? That's childish. They were not friendly and unwilling to fix the problem until finally another coworker asked if I wanted more veggies as I was leaving the restaurant. As I'm waiting for the veggies, I overhear the other worker saying "Did they come back?" Once again crystal clear they are talking about me because she said "There wasn't enough veggies" YEAH there wasn't and I'm standing right here. This is not the kind of service anyone should be receiving. It's not worth it to be treated wrong. It is unacceptable, workers need to be better trained, or better yet don't work at all since you hate your job.

The meals and service were beyond our expectations. I really loved the environment of this spot. Excellent restaurant to take the family out for dinner.

The food is good but when I was waiting in line I lost my appetite. What I saw was mind boggling! The employee that was making my food had no gloves or a mask on touching raw lettuce then going to make more food without washing his hands. Will not say names because it is up to management to correct them. On top of that he also went on his phone to reply to a message then went back to making food. This is MIND YOU during a pandemic where being sanitary is pretty important! If you are not able to operate your business during this pandemic please keep it closed. Shame on management for allowing such behavior and shame on the employee that was making the food I was midway ordering so I went to pay for it but threw the food away immediately! That is pretty gross if you ask me but that was my experience. Keep an eye out next time you go and keep an eye out in the kitchen make sure you don't have the same experience as I did

So this was my first time eating at Panda Express! My friend and I were hanging out around University of Maryland's campus and wanted to grab something quick. Luckily, they were still operating with COVID19 still going on. Dining in is closed but they do accept walk-up's when placing your order and prefer online orders for curb-side and pick-up. We both got soy sauce chicken with fried rice. Chicken tasted good but the fried rice lacked a bit of flavor and egg. I wouldn't mind returning but it wouldn't be my personal top choice.

I ordered over an hour ago via uber eats and I still haven't gotten my order. I decided to call and was on hold for 20-30 min. I wouldn't suggest ordering cakes you'll be waiting and starving in the mean time.

I ordered the 3 entree plate through Door Dash today and I was very disappointed. The portions were smaller than when I go to the restaurant. I received no condiments or fortune cookie. The noodles were dry and the white rice was very gummy. I probably will not order again. I am a longtime Panda Express customer from California where it originated.

Incompetent on restocking any food. Was cooked fried rice, the ABSOLUTE one food that they had a plethora of.
