I’m extremely frustrated I’ve been a customer for years and every single time I ordered from you guys it was always something either a long wait or my order getting canceled after waiting almost 2 hours. Today was my last straw I ordered food for my family and and waited an hour then my dasher called and told me they were just putting the patties in the oven and that it will be an additional 45 min wait. I said ok because I was willing to wait. And 30 mins later my order was cancelled I’m extremely frustrated and therefore done with ordering anything else from them!

The jerk chicken was dry and tasteless. It was some huge pieces, I thought it was a turkey.... disappointing ?.

I visited from out of town and wanted a taste of Jamaica . The jerk pork was burnt and tasted badly and the gungo soup was spoilt. The ripe plantain, bread and patties were okay.

It was 4 of us from baltimore, we waited over an hour for our food. The food was not hot. The coco bread tasted like potato bread, the chicken pattie wasn't flaky. Several people complained about the wait. It was more talking in the kitchen instead of serving of food. As I read other peoples reviews it seems to be a bunch of excuses instead of actual change. Is there not a standard of work?

Yummy food, surprisingly good vegetarian options. Can be super slow in busy moments.

This is a no-frills place and kind of funky, which I like. We arrived on a Friday evening around 8 pm and it was rather busy. It took 30 minutes to make our food, menawhile we sat at a table listening to the vibrant music being played downstairs and the different music eminating from the bar upstairs. When our food was ready, it came in plastic containers with plastic utensils. We did tell them we were eating in, and I do wish they developed the ability to provide re-usable tableware to save the environment. Aside from that, the food was terrific, our conversation was easy, we did not have to shout over too loud music. It is one of favourite places in the area for Jamaican food.

I ordered Oxtails, Rice & Peas, and Cabbage. The food was decent until I noticed a piece of hair in it which made me immediately sick. This is not the type of service I expected to receive.

The food it well season, I always get the Oxtail,. Today I got the sampler Goat & Oxtail. I eat here at least twice a month. As long as the service stays the same, and the prices is manageable I will continue coming..Ms. Love great services

I waited over an hour for 1 beef patty! They told me it was going to be 20 minutes and I waited over an hour. Then I get the beef patty and it’s super soggy, greasy and disgusting!!! I received no compensation but they gave someone else free Mac & cheese for their wait and they came after me. Extremely unacceptable!
