I ordered a smoothie and with all items I added came up to $9/10 dollars but they fill up the cup almost half with big ice cubes which is wrong! $9 not small money for everyone!

To the Asian girl who works here that was wearing super short shorts, i hope you learn how to have some positivity in your life! There was no need for you to be rude to me and my partner, and yell at us to get out of the store because you were closing. A simple reminder that you guys were closing would have been appropriate and appreciated since you are at your work place. There were two other couples seated as well, so what was the reason of hers to attack us while we were trying to drink our boba and enjoy our food? Never coming again.

Best place to grab a Japanese bite. They have a wide range of sushi in their menu, bubble tea and what not.

Gong Cha is a scam and profit off false advertising. Came for the gingerbread boba and it has a $3 upcharge over other flavors but didn’t even come with the bottle. They don’t state it doesn’t come with the bottle on the order kiosk but in fine print on their website. Been coming here for 3 years and this a major disappointment and I won’t return until you stop scamming customers.

The worst boba i’ve had in a long time. My friend ordered a matcha latte and it was disgusting. It came out with almost curdled looking almond milk and it was watery and bitter. I ordered a thai tea that tasted exactly like chocolate milk??? with under cooked bubbles. Not enjoyable at all.

We always buy dirty tea from here. It's not very cheap but is worth the cost.

Great boba. Wish they would stop using the wheelchair elevator as storage though ?

Used to go to this place ALL the time bc the sushi was fresh, but the order I just had was terrible! The rice was so dry and hard, the mango was not ripe and was sour, and the avocado was stiff and flavorless. Even the flavor of the ginger was bad.

I use urbereat and order delivery from here all the time. food is really good and high in quality but lack of veggie as part of the combo is one of the main I order less. they are leaning tower to the heavy salt and spice side.

This is an OK place to stop in for a quick bite when on the UMD campus. Not great, not awful. The menu has a lot of offerings: udon, sushi, dumplings and tea. It is a busy location so not great on atmosphere. Also, the packaging is really excessive. Even if eating in, there is a lot of packaging waste.

Really do love this place! You can order on large screen menus, there is often a wait during busy hours of at least 10-20 minutes but the food is amazing and worth the wait.

Gong Cha in the Spot is a great spot for delicious and refreshing bubble tea. The Sparkling Peach Lychee is a standout option, with its sweet peach and fragrant lychee flavors and fun, bubbly texture. The staff is always friendly and uses high-quality ingredients, and there's a wide variety of creative drinks to choose from. Whether you're looking for a fun spot to hang out with friends or just want to treat yourself to a tasty drink, The Spot is a great option.

This location is located under an apartment complex next to UMD campus. Great location for college students and perfect for their bubble tea craving. It's location alongside other Asian small eats so great to pair along with anything else. Drinks were good and reasonably priced!
