I had an absolutely horrible experience here, where everyone from the manager to the cashier was extremely rude and uninviting to me. I had placed an order for pick up due to it being my lunch break and I didn’t want to wait for my food. Upon picking up my food I had decided to sit down to enjoy my meal and the entire staff comes over to me demanding me to leave due to me not dining in. I had placed quite a large order, and spent a lot of money here, and I was very close to just having them refund me everything. This is a very unprofessional and unwelcoming experience and I will not be returning.

Wanted to try Korean fried chicken for the first time. Was excited after reading all the reviews.Turned out it’s another typical Americanized place catering for the majority and nothing Authentic Korean about it. Ordered some wings and drumstick. It was very crispy as other reviewers stated and that’s about it. I’ll stick with Popeyes for now for fried chicken until I can try out an authentic Korean place. Hopefully there is one somewhere. And the price was kind of high but again they are merely selling the Korean name. Wont be returning here again.

InconsistencyWe came here since 2019 and since this place is walking distance from our house, we did take out often enough.These past couple of years the take out experience has been horrible, I had to take a break couple of times to see are they changing the chef or what.The last two take out was dissapointing.First the taste change, takoyaki taste sour thought it taste almost gone bad or something probably from the sauce. Second time it was wayyyy too spicy, we couldnt eat it and wasting $50++ on their food. I know spicy is more on the person preference BUT we are asian, eating spicy food everyday, used to order thai spicy level from other place and this one was unedible. We even reseasoning the fried rice and still sooo spicy. Complained to their main bonchon email customer service both times, no response.

Nicest Bonchon i’ve been to and staff is phenomenal however the menu is limited and not like other bonchons. They don’t serve Vegetable potstickers only pork (not good for vegans or muslims) and they don’t allow you to get korean bbq sauce on the side or on the potstickers.
